The aisles are so crammed with stuff you cannot walk through them. The employees couldn’t care less about any customers. Conversely a nearby HD is outstanding, neat, clean, and helpful.

I went to buy PVC pipe to build a shade structure for my garden. Bob not only helped me measure and cut the piping in store, he also helped me get all the necessary pieces to construct it. I would have never completed the job on my own. Thanks to Bob my garden is absolutely thriving in the AZ summer heat!!

I have been to Home Depot several times this winter for all manner to items. I have had staff from nearly every section help me locate the exact items I needed, advise me on cutting molding to size, joyfully accept my return of a broken item, etc., etc. I am not a tradesman nor contractor, so it was wonderful to be helped by numerous experts.

We had excellent service. Logan, one of the associates, helped us load and unload 12 90lb squares. He was kind and helpful. It could have been a horrible situation, but he made it great.

The rudest employees I have ever encountered at a home Depot. I was accused of stealing because I used the self checkout line. She literally said “I can’t trust that you actually paid for your item”

As I knew little about differences in grills, this kind and patient man took time to explain pluses and minus’ of the different brands making this experience informative and pleasant. His name is Hoc

The product we bought was on sale at a different store so we were hoping to get a price match. And Home Depot matched it. We were very happy to get 10% off because we are seniors on a fixed pension so every penny counts.

Associate Sam back at the appliance desk wouldn’t offer any help to us when we wanted to buy a shower stall and shower door for our bathroom remodel. The way Sam treated us , he does not warrant a desk to sit at. Sam can’t be bothered with customers, so what is doing there? He’s costing you money blowing out customers to other stores.

The employees here go above and beyond. Bill was fantastic!

Needed a piece of lumber cut. No customer service associates in lumber. Two separate associates from other depts said they notified lumber a request for cut had been made. One overhead speaker request was made. No response. After 30 minutes of waiting I went and found the only lumber customer service rep that could cut. He was on the computer “completing a training.” Right away told me he could not make cut being requested. Said he wasn’t notified of a customer waiting and that he can’t hear the overhead requests from that location in the store. There were plenty of associates in other departments. Very frustrating that there was no customer service in lumber.

Self-checkout needs to be more ergonomic. We have to put the cart on one side and then fill bags on the other. When the bag station is full, where do you put your bags without looking like you are being shady? That being said, Maria was very helpful in my self-checkout efforts. Always friendly, fast and efficient. Good Job Maria.

Asked for help in the tool coral, no one came. Asked for help at customer service, was given a flippant remark. Decided to buy my tools somewhere else. Stopped by garden to get some plants, employee there was very nice. If you know what you want there should be no problem. If you need to ask for help go to Ace even if it’s more expensive.

Jessica and Easton went above and beyond to help me take apart and load a large item in my car. They went above their job description to help me when I needed them. I’m so grateful

I required assistance in locating products which I needed. I located a fabulous store associate Dana. Professional and went out of her way to locate the items required. She definitely is an improvement to this Home Depot Store.

I started the countertop installation process months ago. My counters are still not installed. I paid for my counters prior to having anyone come out to measure my space. It’s a small laundry room and the initial cost of just countertops and installation was $1600. I have now had multiple “up-charges” since that initial purchase and have paid well over $2,000 for these small counters. The counters have yet to be installed so who knows how much more they will demand.

I have been shopping at this specific HD location for over 10 years...ideal location, helpful associates, easy access, and a large in store inventory of supplies

Rarely do we come into a store as clean as this store was this morning!

I WAS AT THE STORE TODAY AND MARIA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE

No one in the Garden Dept would help me, but finally someone in Paint did. After I bought 10 bags of landscaping rock, the person who was called to help didn't show up and I finally loaded the car in 96 degree heat.

Maria at the self checkout is the best part of the store on 90th St. she’s friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant.

I have been shopping here for years.

I love this store due to the wide range of products they offer. Their staff is also knowledgeable and helpful in providing guidance for home improvement & repair projects. When an item doesn't suite my needs, the return process is smooth and worry free.

We purchased a Kohler toilet through customer service in this store. Regrettfully the home depot system ran out of stock and will not be getting more stock. When this became apparent Jim, a senior customer service rep, went above and beyond to research, communicate, and do whatever he could do to fulfill our toilet purchase experience. He went so far as to text with us on his day off, continueing to offer assostance. With employees like Jim, Home Depot can always feel comfortable about standing above of the competition.

My local home Depot is my go - to place for all my home needs. Everyone there is so helpful and kind. I'm so glad that they are just down the street.

Although I was purchasing small items, Maria at the Self Checkout was funny and wonderfully helpful! Definitetly 5 STAR!
