Normally don't like to shop, but when I need something I can almost always find it at Home Depot....

I was at Home Depot yesterday with a flooring installation emergency. Jessica totally went above and beyond to help me! We found a flooring match, she got help to get the pallet down with a forklift, she found a discount to apply for the additional case after I shared that a lot of boards were damaged from the previous 35 cases which is why I had to get another even after getting an additional 10%, and she got a tool rental extension since we rented a nail gun and had to wait a while for the forklift guys. Then, when the flooring came down, it was a different package and name so she called flooring to ask for clarification since the SKU matched. WOW, what service!!

So pleased with our visit to Store 0420 in helping us get our long overdue kitchen project started. Kuorosh Farrokh was amazing and very helpful to us with his suggestions and ideas in design that we didn't consider. His personality is contagious. He deserves all the awards he has in his office. He really cares about helping and providing great customer service to the people he assists. He ordered an online tile for us so we could see it "in person" before we made our finial decision.

Today's visit did not live up to previous experiences or expectations of a Home Depot. It took 25 minutes to receive help from an employee. Overhead speaker calls for a proper department attendant and individually named employees went ignored. Finally we approached an employee who was training another employee in a different department came to our aid and directed us to where we could find what we went to purchase. Once we finally found our item - a counter top microwave oven, we had to remove it ourselves from an elevated shelf (over our heads) and carry it to the check stand. The item was filthy, covered in dust - dirtying our street clothes. There were only Self-Service Check stands open. This was not the Home Depot experience I used to know.

Large rat in the garden area spoiled the shopping experience.

A great store, very clean and everything was easy to find. The garden center is amazing.

The store has outs service. It is near and orderly. Kuorosh Farrokh provides services above and beyond expectations. He is a five guy! He will help design your home. He has a depth of product knowledge and great customer service!!!

Andrew in the paint department was friendly and efficient. He mixed me up some paint that perfectly matched a lamp I brought in. Fast in and out and I got what I needed. I would come back here again. Kudos!

I always shop at this Home Depot because it is close to my home, they allow dogs and the people who work there are helpful and friendly. Recently, I went into Home Depot hoping to get some information on dishwashers. I was assisted by Tanya Diggs. Tanya was friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time helping me and patiently answered all of my questions. Not only did she help me get information on dishwashers, but we ordered the dishwasher from her work station that evening! I was able to pay right there and did not have any hassle or complications. I appreciate Tanya and the Home Depot team. Five Star rating! Special shout out to Tanya! Thank you so much for your kind service.

The employees are friendly and helpful. I go there all the time. The gentleman who answered my question about locks and keys was quite helpful. I hope his boss pays him a compliment for me.

I recently visited the Home Depot on 90th St. in Scottsdsle and had a fantastic experience. Although the one employee equipped to handle the Skill Saw I needed was on his dinner break, the front crew welcome committee and check out clerks kept me super entertained in between assisting other customers. They could have easily ignored me or directed me to another store but instead “Jenny”, and another woman from NJ befriended me and we had a great time! Worth the wait and very helpful!

If you need EXCELLENT Lock and Key service, don't waste time with anyone except ROBIN, the professional Lock/Key Tech at the 90th St/Shea Home Depot. Catch him before 2:30 weekdays and you'll be glad you did. Especially if you need special, top-notch assistance! This Hoe Depot is GREAT! Every employee extends the needs of the customer. The store is packed with every need for a home.

I am not a review-writer but I do like to give praise for good service. Today, I had a phenomenal experience. I was looking for help finding a couple of things and Kevin Perez offered to help. One of these things I needed was something to secure cabinet access. Kevin was so helpful - and even more meaningful -he was determined to help me find a solution. When the first idea had some risks, he came up with other creative options. He even at one point said he hoped he was not wasting MY TIME. Kevin was a life-saver today, truly. I took a look at the 8 Home Depot Values. Kevin nailed them all.

Most of the employees at this store are super helpful and knowledgeable. Our questions are almost always answered fully and they help us get our home projects done or help us purchase the right appliance for us. Definitely reccommend!

This store is closest to my home. Have been going there for 10 years for my primary as well as 7 rentals. They are more friendly and more courteous even compared to other Home Depot stores. I almost always talk to employees and get their advice.

Purchased Bali window blinds at this store. Service in the order process was great and the installation company used by Home Depot does excellent work. Would definitely recommend.

Home Depot at Shea and 90th rock! I worked both with the Manager Mike & Nasser Farrokh were both extremely helpful. I needed to return and purchase new refrigerator.

For the holidays I replaced my 12 yr. broken refrigerator and 21 yr stove.. I would be preparing Thanksgiving Turkey dinner for Friday after Thanksgiving Day. Originally I planned to purchase the appliances after first of the year.. However, due to Covid-19 the 21 family members decided two have two group Thanksgiving dinners on Thursday and Friday. I'd be cooking a Turkey dinner for a group on Friday. Two of the 21 family members would attend both dinner days. Home Depot's Black Friday sale thankfully accommodated availability of appliance purchases plus delivery before thanksgiving.. Happy Thanksgiving and Wonderful Holidays Home Deport.

I give the store an excellent rating because most of the customer service team members and managers in the store attend to customer needs very well. I suggest however that sales team members in the appliance and window treatments department need to be trained and reminded of their customer service responsibilities i.e. to be more attentive to customers.

Of my 72 years, BRANDON, an employee at Home Depot was the most helpful employee ever. I’ve hired hundreds of employees. I only wish I had the opportunity to employ someone like Brandon. I cannot say enough about his helpfulness

Scotty in appliances was very helpful finding a refrigerator to fit my needs.

Many of the washers were missing from display. The one I saw online was not in stock, along with aother one where delivery time was TOO long. Should have quicker delivery options.

Employees are always friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. Shop there several times a month for a variety of products. Appreciate their friendly service and great-full for their Military Discount. Thank you very much Home Depot!
