Wayne in appliances was friendly, knowledgeable, and really knew his stuff. We didn't feel pressured to buy at all. Plus, he really knows motorcycles AND he always talked to both my husband and me, unlike the salesman at your competitor. The store is clean, help wad a few steps away when needed, and customer service was polite, friendly, and quick.

Staff at this store was courteous and helpful.

Amazing, very well kept store. Had help from a store associate, Shelby, and she was able to help me problem free.

You Have the best employees at your store!

Employees not willing to find flat bed cart. Had to go out in parking lot to get my own. Employees were not familiar with product location. I asked 3 employees, got 3 different answers, none were right. I will probably never set foot in this store again.

The store is very clean and the employees are friendly!

Jerry at the store helped me out huge! He custom made parts to fix my in ground sprinkler system! I left my house trying to install a new head with a huge hole next to my driveway at 7pm. He made this part in about 1 minute in 2 different sections of the store, and it ended up being cheaper than buying the part for the system!!! I can’t thank him enough!

Jahaira, our cashier, went above and beyond the duties of her job to help us check out, find us help with a payment issue & help to load my truck with almost $2,000 worth of materials. She made it a pleasure to be in The Home Depot! For her kindness, patience & understanding I will gladly continually come back for quality service. She is a gem in The Home Depot and I hope she is acknowledged & appreciated for her wonderful service!

The employees are always friendly and greet customers when they enter the store. They are willing to help and are knowledgeable about the products. The store is always clean, especially the restrooms. There is a variety of merchandise available.

I would rate a zero if I could, I really fell bad for such a great owner in Authur Blank because of the extreme poor culture in Employees he has to work with now. I was rudely treated like I was a stupid when I asked for rock salt on FEBUARY 12TH, and was told they stopping making it and because it’s seasonal we’re out, are you kidding me, it’s FEBUARY in the Northeast, Seasonality, this is the season. I ran stores like this for 30 years and she has no clue. It’s called very poor Management of Inventory and Employees. I have had so many problems in this store during the past two years, I am done... do not shop here...

My husband and I were at your store this am and had the best experience! Nik was very helpful, friendly and courteous in finding a table saw for us. He even helped my husband load it on the cart and even offerred to help him put it in his car!! What service! Michael was very friendly and couteous when he checked us out! We will return!!

Very clean store even during a big snow storm, I would just rather check out with a person and not be forced to use self service!

THE STORE IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP

I did a big project for over three months and was at this home depot, it was a very frustrating experience as when I needed help I would have to run around trying to find an experience worker.

This store has a great selection for home remodeling and great prices. I highly recommend it!

The staff at your Schenectady, NY , are professional and care, John, Paint department is the BEST, Sharon in Large Appliance was eager to assist. Great!

Some of the employees here at this store seem to be annoyed when asked a question. A few of them did t even know where a particular item was located.

I appreciate having this wonderful store in our area not far from home. We have been shopping at Home Depot for years and usually find what we are looking for.

I have been shopping at this store since it has been here. I have purchase lawnmowers, a table saw, chop saw, leaf blower and several other items. In my opinion, "It's the cat's meow".

Every time I have gone to this store, someone makes my day. The customer service is excellent and the employees are helpful and friendly. In today's world of on-line shopping, its good to know that you can still have personal service to assist with your purchase.

Store employees are generally great. Al in contractor services, cashiers Nancy and Sue, Mary Alice in kitchen layout, and John in paints all very nice, very helpful. However I must tell you that the quality of the cabinets I bought was very poor. The store brand cabinets, Hampton Bay, were flimsy, used particle board and two arrived damaged. Further, no one called to tell me they were in, (they assured me they would) and I waited an extra week or two before I called and found out that they were in. The store is generally clean, some isles were cluttered. They do have just about everything you need. I would recommend the store to anyone who needs building supplies and home goods but would absolutely not recommend the less expensive store brand cabinetry. Particle board and just not very good.

While the store itself was clean and the employees friendly enough, it took a really long time to receive my cash after returning an item. They did not have enough money in their drawer and had to take money from the "vault", which ended up taking them a good 20 minutes. I was offered to obtain merchandise totaling my return of $94.00......clearly I didn't want that or I would have said so! I felt pressured to take more goods instead of my money.

employees need to be more helpfully throughout the store and talk to co-workers about their personal lives

Always have the things I need in stock. Had a very pleasant shopping experience. Paint associate John and Zaneeba are very professional associate that I like to talk to about my shopping needs and very knowledgeable about paint. Also, Rj helped me with flooring and he was also very professional.
