I di d find most of the products I was looking for the one I asked about I was escorted rite to the location where the product was. The store was clean and I was able to get around the Isles without any trouble.The associates were very helpful.

Ellie in the cabinet department is spectacular! Very patient, not pushy and creative designer.

Principle. This store wasted about 60$. And if i have a choice. I will go somewhere else. Cashier was rude when we checked out. Only reason i gave 3 stars is because the customer service person we spoke with prior to checking out was fantastic

Store was well stocked. Had trouble finding an item because layout is different than Home Depot where I usually shop, but thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Coree, I was able to find the item. Prior to speaking with Coree, I had asked two other employees for help, however both of them sent me to the wrong location. Coree not only told me where the item was located, but offered to take me directly to the location. Coree is an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to help a customer. Had it not been for Coree's assistance, I would have had a negative impression of the store and purchased my item elsewhere.

Employees not very attentive or helpful. When returning items make sure they are giving you credit for all you returns they tend to cheat you by not crediting you for everything. If you find out when you get home its too late because you can't prove that they didn't credit you for all your returns.

I ordered a product online that two other local hardware stores did not carry and could not order for me. I ordered the product on the Home Depot site, they notified me by email when it was ready, and picking it up was fast and convenient at Customer Pickup - right inside the door. While there, I purchased some flowers that I could not find at other local nurseries. Staff were all helpful. Happy customer!!

Clean, organized and friendly environment.

This store is often somewhat disorganized and dirty. Still, staff are usually friendly and normally what I need is in stock. The management should restore the two parking spots they had set aside for DAV & Veterans. Went there yesterday and suddenly they were nowhere to be found. The manager told me he had no idea what happened. Sucks!

The cashier was prejudice against Veterans in my opinion, definitely disrespectful to me when I mentioned I get the Veteran discount!

Have a great selection of products and a nice rewards program.

Store was very clean and well organized. Product and aisles were easily accessible and labeled so that product could be found quickly and easily. Department and Staff provided assistance with product selection swiftly and were extremely courteous. Cashier was very friendly and went out of her way to assist with products for purchase. Thanks for a great shopping experience!!

Go out of their way to hire rude disinterested disengaged employees

I walked into the store and I looked for help. I spotted an employee with his head down on his personal phone. I tried to walk up to him and he ignored me and walked away. I walked up the isles of hardware looking for someone to help me and nobody was there. I found the item I was looking for and cashed out in self check out. There was an older woman in self check out with an non pleasing face talking to another employee very loudly how people were calling out. Very disappointing bc I have a friend that works in the Latham store & they treat their customers so good.

Simply put, if you need it, they got it and at an affordable price. Just wish there was someone knowledgable assigned full time to the tool area.

As usual, I walked in the store looking for help. As usual, it was difficult to find, and I was given the wrong aisle location. There was no one around to help me; finally, I asked a cashier to call someone, but she was deaf, and I had no idea. I never did get help.
