Every time I go here I get asked by several employees in all parts of the store if I need help - they connect me with the products and info I need faster than any hardware store I've been to

This store exceeds expectations in customer service. I don’t shop at Home Depot often, but I choose this location every time because the employees are all very helpful and kind. If not for them, I would certainly have gotten lost and would not have been able to find what I was looking for on multiple occasions! Thank you!

Good store well stocked and close to me.

The store is a bit messy and sometimes under stocked, but the employees and managers are trying. Excellent customer service. I liked how I was directed to the product I was looking for by an employee.

It's the contractors' store. It is always well stocked. Has the best selection of the 3 HD stores near me. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable with regard to the stock.

Anyone who needs help with tools should go visit Don in the Tool Department.

We were looking for new locks for new doors that were recently installed. This Home Depot was one of the very few local stores that carried the locks we wanted in stock. We received very knowledgeable answers about the locks from the staff working in that department while shopping in the store. The managers (Danielle and Dev) also price matched a significant discount by another local store that was having a 4th of July sale without hassle. All employees were pleasant and helpful and honored price matching stated on the Home Depot website. This is how in store shopping used to be and has been lost in recent years across America. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.

The greatest drawback to this store is access since the realignment of Santa Fe and the current construction. Otherwise I am usually able to find what I am seeking. My purchase of a refrigerator went smoothly and the advisor was knowledgeable and helpful.

Luis was very helpful. I was there several times buying things to set up my sons house.

Friendly and helpful staff

We were in a rush to fix our siste-in-law's shower. There was an abundant supply of choices for a new faucet head and we received help on the product when we asked. The sales clerk, Miguel and the supervisor, Luiz, helped us open an account to help us with our purchase. All in all, it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Employees were helpful and kind. They helped loading onto carts and into my truck. The pro desk folks are incredible, too, friendly and willing to work with all comers with a smile.

Would give them zero stars if I had the option. Store is out of stock on very common items, customer service is non existent, most items are very low quality compared to what you buy in supply houses.

This location is well stocked and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick helped me with a counter top quote and applying for a line of credit. He was efficient and kind. I left feeling like a valued customer and will return to this location for my future home improvement needs.
