I grabbed a gallon of unmixed, pure white paint off the shelves. When I got home, I discovered it was actually a mixed gallon of beige that someone had put on the shelves. When I went to request a replacement for this mistake the store had made, store management refused to fix the issue.

My expectations were exceeded with my entire Window Treatment Department's product selection and exceptional customer service at the Santa Fe (Store #1505) Home Depot.

10 - Ross helped me, as I bought a new deadbolt and he rekeyed the lock for me and was extremely kind, knowledgable and helpful. A great reflection of what you hope for in an employee and service provider.

I purchased a Ryobi yard blower and it works very well.

The security guard in there tried to tell me that concealed carry firearms are not allowed in the store. There are no signs at the entrance and the assistant manager of the store I spoke to knows of no such policy. The security guard said, "the policy is on the website". Their parking is full of illegals yet this happens!

I have never experienced a store full of more apathetic and unhelpful people. The woman at checkout wouldn't even get off or look up from her phone to do her job. I couldn't find a single soul to help in my product search. Every time I go here, I am pushed to shop more and more online...I get what I want delivered to me and do not have wander the isles looking for the things I need (and yes...I have the app but often the products are not in the bay/isle that they are supposed to be in).

I had an outstanding experience at The Home Depot, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Clinton, Richard, and Daniel. They went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect Christmas tree. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to assist made my shopping experience truly memorable. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and helpful staff, and I wanted to express my gratitude for their exceptional service. Highly recommend visiting!

Daniel helped me pick the right tree and items to go with it. He helped the tree into my car and was overall just very helpful. I could feel the Happy Holiday vibes emanating out of the store.

I could not find what I was looking for. Gladys found that they did have my product in stock. She called for help to meet me. And along came Joe, who knew exactly where they had moved it for some promotion. Those two saved my time and a headache. and they did it with a smile. Thanks.

Waited in line too long and there needs to be more than 1 checker to check out the items. There were 3 in the pro section and 2 in the self checkout.

Employees at the store refused to honor a price match even after I showed them Home Depot policy on the Home Depot website. They were rude throughout the process and wasted my time. Eventually they put in the price match but only after arguing with me and only after I showed them the official policy multiple times and they called their manager. I’ve been to this location a number of times and I have found the employees here to be the worst at customer service of any location I’ve ever been to. This is not my regular Home Depot location, but I’ve probably been to Home Depot between 50 and 100 times this year, and this store is terrible.

7 / 25 / 23 10:30 A.M. I went to the electrical department to look for some materials the gentlemen working in the electrical department had no idea what was going on and I was completely ignored.service at Home Depot continues to get worse with each visit.

Arieal, valeri and Jessica all went above and beyond helping me in my home depot shopping experience, been coming to home depot for over 20 years and have never had better customer service then on the night of 6/23 right before closing

I went to several stores looking for help before Joanna spent the time and effort to take care of me. I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10 customer service.

We hadn't gone in to purchase as much as we did, however they have fantastic offers on many products and with the help from a very knowledgeable sales person (Steven), we came away feeling satisfied, valued and excited.

Your employee Richard Calder is the best appliance salesperson I've ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about the customer. Even though we now live in Colorado Springs, we go to Denver just because of his customer service dedication.

The service I received from Bradley in the window department was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain the window options to me. He checked and double checked the order to ensure we had everything accurate. In these times when good service can sometimes be hard to come by, I really appreciated the time and expertise Bradley shared about windows.

I had a complicated return and couldn't be more pleased with the resolution with the help of Tom and then Ben.

Your associate Madi, did such a great job, she helped me immediately, brought the tools she needed to help me get my vacuum down. Then I noticed that the price was higher in store than online, she verified pricing and reminded me to let the check-out person know about the price difference. Easy to talk to and just great person! BEST EXPERIENCE AT HOME DEPOT I HAVE EVER HAD!

I asked for help looking for a jigsaw in the hardware section of the store. The young man I spoke to lead me to the wrong type of saw and then went off to grab keys so I could look at the hardware up close. I had my service dog with me and it was his first time in the store. I waited for over 10 minutes for him and he never came back. The only reason I'm giving this review 3 stars is because an older associate helped me and pointed me to the right direction. When you have a service dog, you are on a strict timeline, I am glad my dog didnt have an accident in the store but it was really unprofessional to just leave me there with no help. Shout out to the older associate Mark who made everything better.
