The store and bathrooms were clean. Associates are very friendly. ALLI F really helped me out with a previous order I had with another Home Depot I was having some issues with. She helped me through everything. Thank you! Cody in the kitchen and bath department really helped out as well. He was consistent in checking in with us to make sure our questions were answered. We needed help lifting cabinets and he was there helping my dad out. Thank you both Alli and Cody for making our shopping experience so much easier.

Customer assistance was available throughout the store. The staff readily offered to accompany me to the aisle where the product was located. I received advice on how to use the product safely and how much to purchase to achieve desired results. Great customer service!

I ordered online an LG all in one washer and dryer. When it arrived, the tub was much smaller than I thought and I realized I would struggle to keep up with my laundry needs given the small size and long cycle times. So I called the store and talked with Steve in appliances about exchanging for a larger LG model. Steve tracked down a manager and received approval for an exchange. However there was a problem...the delivery crew could only deliver the new unit and could not pick up the unit I was returning. Steve volunteered to pick up the return with his personal truck during his lunch hour. Talk bout amazing customer service!

I would give this store zero stars if I could. They sold my landlord a broken refrigerator. The only help they got was to call GE service repair and would not come pick up to get his money back. The worker sold him a refrigerator that had been laying on its side and reassured my landlord it will be fine. My landlord didnt want to wait the 5 days for delivery. Mind you our refrigerator broke, it's not like he just wanted to up grade it for us. HORRIBLE service at this store. I will NEVER set foot in a Home Depit store again.

Store is dirty, unorganized, and low on merchandise. In addition, many store associates appear to be new and unsure of where things are. HD is banking on consumers to be more excepting of this lack of knowledge and general store appearance.

I was denied service and harassed but Donna in paint. I won’t be shopping at this store for a few months. I’m sure she will be fired in a few months then I’ll come back.

The Santa Fe Home Depot should be the bench mark for all Home Depots to be measured against. Mostly very friendly knowledgeable and courteous staff, for such a busy store, assistant managers and Dept heads are usually on top of keeping the place clean, neat and the general personality of the store is up beat and welcoming even to me, a contractor.

Ordered online and pickup took 45 minutes. No service, not safe during COVID, poorly managed

It's very convenient to have a "big box" store nearby with all of the things and materials on hand for home maintenance and repair. I especially appreciate the veteran's discounts.

Sales person RCF61Y went way above and beyond my expectations. I called the store to confirm they had microwaves on site that I'd be able to purchase and bring home with me that day. He confirmed yes but not a lot and asked me what model I was interested in. He looked up the model for me and confirmed the location did in fact have the model I was looking for. I told him I'd be in to purchase later in the day. He then made sure I knew what store I was calling and informed me where I'd find the appliances department and told me I could speak with him or another sales person he named by name when I arrived. When I arrived he greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for Salesperson X and he said that's me, and asked if I was the person who called in about the microwave. He'd actually pulled the microwave for me prior to my arrival. He rang me up and then helped me take the microwave to my car. This was a very impressive and wonderful experience.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The folks who work there are always very nice and its better stocked than some of the other ones.

We visited this store because of the inventory. My wife bought a dishwasher - the Home Depot employee was informative, professional, and friendly. I bought a snowblower - Manny, (asst. mgr) was helpful, informative, and patient.

This is the big contractor store that is used most frequently by contractors and many times is out of product.

I had went to the Home Depot and purchased a few items for Christmas shopping and etc. and one employee by the name is Sonya stood around with two other employees who didn’t help any of the customers that were wanting to check out on this particular day however there was one employee that I did get checked out from by the name of Shelly she was very helpful and responsive to my needs as a customer and I she made my experience much easier I don’t think that the one employee Sonia was very customer service oriented

At around 4:30pm on 11/8/2019, I was shopping at the Home Depot located on S. Santa Fe Drive in Denver. One of the employees, Tony, spent a significant amount of time listening to what I needed, walking me through a series of options, and ensuring I purchased the correct items. The level of customer service Tony showed was exemplary. My wife and I will certainly continue shopping at that facility.

We were looking to get new flooring for our home. Both Joey and Susan were extremely helpful with every question we had about carpet and laminate. We are definitely be purchasing our flooring through Home Depot!
