they don't answer phone

The BEST Home Depot store in Denver! The customer service is stellar! Huge shout out to the store manager, James, who's done a great job keeping this store organized and clean! We bought a fridge, washer and dryer, and dishwasher from Steven in the appliances department. He provided us with suggestions on the best appliances to purchase. We also received outstanding customer service from Susan, who helped us pick out window coverings. I also want to highlight the service from Mike, in Plumbing, who helped schedule a follow-up washer-dryer installation service for us. Everyone at the store is simply amazing!

There is too much merchandise in the front of the store. It is difficult and sometimes impossible to pass another customer with a cart. It is a safety issue. So many of the shelves in lumber and plumbing are empty or poorly stocked every time I'm in there.

There is always someone to help with any item we may need. Check out is usually quick . A very well run store .

Toby in the Lock/Key department was extremely helpful. I will go back to this location based solely on his customer service. He made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Top notch!

Employees are always friendly and helpful when you can find one. Often out of stock or mis-stocked on items. Things that should be in one place aren't, while their stock says they have plenty. If you want to leave in a timely manner you need to play cashier yourself - never enough lines open to let the employees check you out.

I have shopped this location for about 10 years. Today, I had the best customer experience so far. The staff was very focused and friendly, and they were working hard. Store was busy but well managed and smiling employees abounded. Nice work!

This is one of the original stores and it is not big enough to support the corporate merchandising plan. This store is so hard to get around in with a shopping cart. Forget about needing to get around with a flat cart. Put the merch back up on your warehouse racks, and make room for customers.

Todays shopping experience was fantastic! I was shopping alone and needed a LOT of supplies and needed some special help figuring out some of my options. I found amazing service with LUIS, KAREN and LAUREN --- i am very impressed with not only their abilitys to help me get everything i needed - but also their genuine kindness in how they talked with me! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! THANK YOU very much!

The minute izzy saw us she was quick to ask if we needed help. She answered all my questions and helped me pick the right stuff for my project. She was so friendly and energetic I left the store happier than when I entered.

6 years in Denver. Specific area reps very helpful. Had problem with their sub for door installations. Took some time, but manager refunded ALL charges, including the doors!
