Revert the pro checkout back to normal. It took me 25 minutes of waiting in line to checkout today with all the other pros dragging our lumber carts though the main walkway. Some of us don't get paid to stand around like your employees do.

One of the employees came to our aid about faucets. We are on a tight budget, so we didn't want a hard sell, and we were very pleasantly surprised. This man was so knowledgeable and kind, he went through and explained the pluses and minuses of each faucet with the benefit of 30+ years of experience working for Home Depot in the plumbing section. He pointed us to the best features and let us decide for ourselves which to purchase. If I hadn't already been a Home Depot shopper, this guy alone would have convinced me to shop nowhere else.

The Sandy store seems to be well managed. The manager needs to be more visible to the customers. we don't know who he is. do you?

Home Depot is the greatest store because of the employees that take the time to teach you how to do your project. They have saved me so much time and work with their suggestions on how to do what I wanted to do better.

The employees genuinely care about you and your project!

There is a “was” price marked but it was explained to us that the appliances are never sold for that price- ever. We were very confused and asked for a manager. This is where things became disturbing, and that’s an understatement. Hishim, (I’m not sure if I am spelling that correctly as it was only spoken to me, never written down.) came over to help us so we explained our confusion to him and we were immediately met with his frustration and unwillingness to help. It was obvious by his irritated attitude and the computer bag he had slung over his shoulder that he was on his way out. After sensing that he was unwilling to help us because he clearly wanted to go home, I suggested he call another manager who could help so he could go home. His response was: “What, I’m not allowed to leave? I can’t go home?” I explained that we just needed clarity and he told us “This is just the way we do things, if you don’t like it, that is on you.” I was flabbergasted. I immediately asked for the store manager. He put his hand in my face and said “I’m not talking to you.” And began to argue with my husband who was upset at the disrespectful way we were being treated. Until this is resolved, we wont be back.

SEEMS WHEN I'M THERE THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP OR HELP AT CHECKOUT. I'VE HELPED OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH ANSWERS. DON'T KNOW IF THEY CAN'T FIND HELP OR CUTTING BACK ON EXPENSES. SOMETIMES FRUSTRATING TO GO THERE.

I always, always feel welcome and appreciated when I visit this store. The employees are friendly, helpful and take the time to help me. The merchandise is of top quality.The employees are absolutely great. What else could I ask for? I always go away feeling like my visit was really worthwhile. I wish that I could meet the manager sometime. I think his name is Mr. Carver. I think that I did talk with him on the phone one time. There was a young man working at the store one time. I think his name was Cal. I am not sure, but I got to know him fairly well because of the number of times he helped me, but I haven't seen him for quite some time. I think he was attending Salt Lake Community College and working part -time at the Sandy Home Depot.

Generally a good team but my last experience was less than satisfactory. I prepaid for furniture that never arrived. No followup calls. No explanation.

Absolutely my favorite store ever!

The worst HD I've ever been in. Employees are not willing to help. Checkout is a nightmare. My last 2 trips-1st trip 17 people waiting to check out of one register. My 2nd trip no registers open. Not one! I'm not a cashier and why should I do their job?

This store is very clean. Items are easy to find. The only thing I would change is the employees greeting customers and asking if they can help you find something. If a customer asks for help find something I wish the employee would take them to exactly where the item is, instead of saying it on aisle such and such

Aisles were clogged with displays and ladders, had a hard time getting thru a lot of them. Service was extremely poor, had 1 person in paint dept and had 6 customers waiting for help. No help in plumbing when looking at fixtures and vanity tops.

After a mistake, I purchased an electric dryer (I didn’t know that our outlet was Gas), so we contact the same day this store manager and after 35 min in line, my husband explained the problem for the manager and he just said NO, and hang up on us. Very disappointed I didn’t know how they use to treat their customers this way.

The new parking lot surface is nice. Don’t care for the speed bumps.

I have spent a lot of time in Home Depot since beginning our remodel of our main level in our home, including the kitchen, floors and walls. They have been helpful in every department and what I cant find in the store is available online with free pick up. I use to frequent an online store that delivers in 2 days, this is a much better experience because I actually see the product and can ask questions which are answered by experts.

Always happy with Home Depot. Best selection and organized stores.

This store is great about helping you find the right product and answering your questions. The employees are very nice and it makes it easy. I couldn't find what I needed on my last visit but Carlos showed me other options and made sure they would work before I purchased them. I couldn't have asked for better service. It was beyond great.
