Patrick saw me looking at wood & helped me find the specific wood I was looking for. He walked me right to it. After I had found all the wood I needed I walked back to the cutting area & he was there training Brandon. Patrick and Brandon then helped me cut the wood into the sizes I needed. I've used this home depot/cutting center quite a bit and THIS experience is by far the best one I've had! I know they had a busy day today and I was right at the end but they were extremely helpful & kind!

Daughter wanted "Cool White" 4 foot fluorescent lamps for her kitchen fixture. I did not want to replace perfectly good light fixtures for the lack of bulbs. Although obsolete technology, this is her preference. Was glad to find the correct bulbs at this location. Associate Logan was very helpful when the AP inventory was incorrect. He found a perfect substitute & matched the price!

The team here goes out of their way to help you find what you need. Either that be walking you to the correct aisle or going to the back to search for the product.

Anytime I need assistance from this location their customer service counter is always quick to take care of me. On my last visit Adri was extremely friendly, helpful, and proficient in taking care of what I needed.

On a recent visit I purchased a closet door that was damaged. Sadly, I did not realize the extent of the damage until after I had already painted one side of the doors. I called the customer service and spoke to a manger who was very helpful, Shelby was able to explain that she was unable to take a return but was willing to provide a discount on a replacement. My husband went in for the replacement and received the best customer service! He was able to get the discount that I was promised without a hassle and was grateful for all the help that Christian provided him. Thank you, Home Depot Sandy!

Had a great experience today thanks to Linda and Keven helping with what I needed.

If I have to return an item, it is very easy, and the associate is always pleasant.

All I needed this time was an outdoor spigot handle. HD had five options and the Teammate Erin, a retired teacher, was quick and friendly. She literally had to kneel down to see the choices on the lowest pegs, but she did and found the right one!

The rental department at the Sandy, UT store has always been extremely helpful. They even have allowed me to use the equipment out the back door of the store when my need was very short term. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Tiana and Jill went out of their way to get pots off of a palate for us and found the plant rep to get a price for us!

Bought some tools earlier this month. They are excellent quality and got them at a good price.

After going to 2 other locations where many of the plants were nearly dead from lack of water, I went to the Sandy location and found all the indoor plants thriving. I found what I needed with the help of Terry who really puts extra effort into making her area look lush and inviting.

I wakes into Home Depot to buy a dryer. The employee was super nice, helpful, she went over the installation, delivery and return processes and she even offered a $50 discount if I signed up for a Home Depot card. I walked out after 20 minutes buying a new dryer.

First time buying appliances at Home Depot. Was provided exceptional education on all of the appliances available. Made buying our appliances very simple. I would highly reccomened buying home appliance from this store.
