STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED AND STOCKED.

Store was uncluttered and staff were helpful. There wasn't any up selling which is always appreciated. Great store just wish the air conditioner was cooler.

Store employee were very helpful and the store was clean and very well stocked and sanitized. Felt very safe there during this tuff times we are going thru now.

Best place to shop

I love this store and the employees there. From the tool sections to the out-door section, the employees seem to go beyond helping to lending suggestions and ways to get things done. Others can learn from the customer service standard that is set at my Home Depot.

The associates in all departments are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Love my Sandhills Home Depot.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MORE OF A LOWES CUSTOMER DUE TO THE VETERANS DISCOUNTS AND LOCATION. WE CHECKED WITH LOWES AND HOME DEPOT. THE LOWES PERSON WE TALKED TO WHEN SHOPPING FOR AN OVEN WAS NOT VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. NAN AT HOME DEPOT WAS ON TOP OF HER GAME. SHE THOUGHT OF QUESTIONS WE NEEDED TO ASK BEFORE WE DID. ALSO FOR THE SAME OVEN, LOWES COULD NOT DELIVER BEFORE MAY AND HOME DEPOT WAS AVAILABLE APRIL 8TH.

Recommend but need some improvements. Need hand wipes for carts at front door extremely important during this Corona Virus Pandemic. Wipe off self help registers as people use them. Some of the employees need to be nicer to customers.

Clean, organized, well stocked. Employee Doug from paint department went above and beyond to help with my needs.

Special shout out to This store and the helpful friendly staff. Especially Anita at the service desk. She was very polite, helpful, and friendly. Makes the experience better when this happens.

If you desire courteous and informative assistance when purchasing major appliances, this is the store to visit and I am certain you will be pleased. We ran into a few complications after we purchased the washer/dryer, but Mr. Stanley Marshall and his associate were very helpful in resolving those issues.

The Paint Department lighting is bright and clear, it is the only store to accurately pick out a color. The sales associates are very knowledgable, they are paint experts.

I Terry visit this store and was very happy with the service that I receive there the saleperson was very good at his job and the storehad every thing that I wanted at that time

The Home Depot customer support and employees were very helpful in the return of my pressure washer. I am very disappointed in the ryobi customer support and the difficult process in getting a item returned, repaired, or replaced. The item was under warranty, and ryobi treated the process like the warranty didn’t exist. This will be the last ryobi product that I will purchase

Slow check out shop at Lowe's people are more nicer.

Beautiful and well stocked garden center. Helpful associated that Greeted us on arrival.

The sales staff is veey Professional and Mature. They are able to assist not only in their departments but in other departments when needed. They definitely are 100% Customer Friendly.

The sales associate in the paint department was a female and was very courteous , friendly, and helpful, I will end it there because the rest of the review is not favorable.

Awesome customer service in the garden department. The employee noticed my car seats and came out to give me plastic to protect my seats and trunk from the mulch just in case they had to place them on the inside.

Ms. Dee and Mr. Pat helped me and went above and beyond. They were pleasant the entire time. Ms. Dee is a very valuable employee.
