I had a bad experience at checkout today. That is so unusual that I was compelled to do the survey and let them know. Normally the staff at this store are wonderful. That is the main reason I shop here instead of the other, slightly more convenient home store.

The employee Earnest is VERY rude. He has no respect for customers. The manager Kevin allows the behavior to carry on even after he’s caught arguing with customers

I do like shopping at this store but if you are purchasing heavy item and are in need of assistance do not expect anyone to offer help, The employees will just walk by as if you are not there. This has happened to me on all of my visits to this store.

My husband and I just moved to the area two months ago and of course Home Depot is our go to place for all things upgrade and yard...so, it was off to Home Depot to get our new home in order. Everyone we have encountered (with the exception of one) has been beyond nice!!! Friendly and helpful!!! Such a nice experience each time we have visited and in two months we have been there a lot!!! Where we moved from, we were lucky if one person said "hello" or "have nice day" and where we moved from is only 45 minutes up the road!! But, what a difference!!! A big thank you to Alisha (appliances) and Kevin the manager!! They made a complicated and stressful situation doable and bearable!! Thank you to the entire staff for always being friendly and personable!!! Those traits are lost arts in these days and times!!

Bridgett in customer service was excellent. Went above and beyond to help with my refunds. Thank You.

The sales associate in the flooring department was very polite and helpful.

Great Location, Great Prices, Great Service

This is a great store to shop at. You are not bothered all the time while you are looking for items. If you do need help, someone is always available. They are always eager to help.

Store was very clean and well organized. All employees i encountered were very helpful and looked happy to be there and help others. Excellent store!!!

I shop here often. The employees are very nice and helpful. Feel sometimes there are not enough employees to help because your wait time for help can be a little long.

I am very comfortable with the associates in the store and they are ALWAYS ready to assist. I shared with a couple of associates the video which circulated about the little girl and her “yipstick” that she told her Dad she “bought at Home Depot”! If you haven’t seen it, look it up!!

Went to buy a fridge, the sales rep - Jennifer - did not ask qualifying questions, leave desk, or know the answers to my questions.

Depending on who’s working that day you may have a great experience. A lot of employees just walk past you or run from you at the store. Department is a constant battle here. The customer service is absolutely horrible in this particular department. There are two ladies in this department that are both unfriendly and unwilling to help.You have to use self check out 99% of the time which is all the way on the opposite side of the building. So if you plan on getting something quick it is not a quick exit.

Home Depot #1109 @ Sandhill has an awesome staff at there Prodesk. If you are doing any type of construction project, I highly recommend you go see Israel & Phyllis!

Excellent management and employees were friendly with positive attitudes. Employees were helpful locating items in the store even on the phone prior to arriving at the store.

If you ever get the chance or the need for flooring Sandhills Home Depot was amazing.

Store employees are very helpful and if they see you shopping around the store, will often stop and ask if you need any assistance in finding a product. Kevin, is most helpful in loading my truck with heavy objects, as I have injuries to my back.

We have been accused of stealing in more than one occasion and produced receipts every time and can hardly get assistance when needed.

Store was very well stocked, had everything I needed. As for the staff, not very attentive, seemed preoccupied instead of assisting customers.

There is always an employee available to answer any questions or direct to the area an item is in that you are looking for and will walk with you to the exact location.

I bought a REFRIG-SS SKU 1004-646-885 ORDER ID H1109-81039 I had it deliverd and when the truck showed up with one person. He said he could not find or get help. After several attemps to try too get this in the house the item when scratch / dented and i told him to forget it and reload it on his truck. I had a hard time getting the refund and they would deduct 80.00 for my total cost. Which is totally wrong for them to do. Do not recommend having anything delivered.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the product was easy to find. Will definitely return to this location.
