Cashier Teneisha was more interested in leaving self checkout to go to another associate to gossip about me, which was very disturbing and uncalled for! I do not understand why women act like that. This happened at 11:25am at self checkout. I spend so much money here it’s ashame I have to go across town to the next Home Depot because I absolutely hate shopping at this location!

Try and find an associate. Almost impossible. When you do, the answer you usually get is sorry I don’t work in this dept. Try going the the customer service desk. When you do customer service says what you need is in ? I think aisle. You think! I’m here because no one can help me. Try again. I have and guess what “Lowes” had it.

Enjoyed my interactions with the staff and was fortunate to get my refrigerator is the shortest lead-time I could find.

We enjoy shopping at The Home Depot in Sandhills. They generally have the products we need and the employees are friendly. The store is clean and organized.

since moving here, i have been working on severeal home projects and it is a pleasure to shop at this location. the employees are not only friendly, but extremely helpful and the store is always clean and well stocked.

This store has great employees. Management is sure doing the right thing. Everyone sees happy to work there and someone is always available to answer questions or help me find an item.

I went to the store today and needed a little extra help. Ms Denise greeted me at the door and went with me to get what I needed, she even went as far as helping me load it up since I was not able to do it by myself. In the lumber department Mr John assisted and they went through the boards to choose the best one for me.

Ebony is a great employee! She went above and beyond to assist my family after a cluster of 3 other employees told us the items requested were not available as they returned back to their conversation. Ebony not only found the items electronically, she then walked us to the items and helped us find exactly what we needed! I will definitely come back to this store because she works there.

I needed to get some vertical blind replacement for my window. I was not only assisted with getting the right product, but the associate cut the blinds to the length I needed.

This is by far the best home improvement store. The employees here are very willing to assist in finding items. Avi and Charmilia were a great help to me today and made my shopping trip a pleasure.

I shop this location very often and i have never had a bad experience. There are always employee egger to help and they are all so nice and polite. They even take the time to make sure YOU are having a great day!!!!

I was assisted in finding some items in the store. (A PERSON GREETED ME AND VOLUNTEERED to assist.) I did not have to hunt down a store associate. Also, Sonya the Cashier was super nice and helpful.

Plenty of parking spaces, direction signs made finding what I needed easy, check out was a breeze.

The HD store in the Sandhills Mall is well organized, always well stocked, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Shopping here is a pleasure, and on the rare occasion when returns are necessary, they're easy and fast. This is a great store.

by far the best group of employees in a home improvement I have ever witness. My cousin told me it was the best store to shop at. He was right.

Got great service from all the store employees and particular from Ashley the cashier. The store was orderly and neatly arranged and well marked to fine products. Also the product selection was very good.

I am glad to have the Home Depot store at Sandhills. I shop there a lot and do recommend it. They had more freezers in stock that anywhere else we went.

Every employee I interacted with during this visit offered me great customer service and assistance! Everyone was friendly, nice and helpful. They all seemed happy to be at work! Great customer service seems so few and far between, but I greatly enjoyed this visit!

The service I received was great, the people really go above and beyond. But when it came time to pay for the purchase, no military discount on flooring /install orders. Now it makes shop around, for the best deal in town. They need to fix this. In this times, every little bit we can save , helps.

This Store understands the importance of Service and communication. Every time my family and I go we feel at home knowing we will have our questions answered.

I have been to the competition’s and this store is all about customer service with KNOWLEDGABLE PEOPLE! Can’t find that anywhere anymore!

I had an armful of items, unsure of her name I think started with a C, offered to get me a buggy & went and got for me --so kind!! Also first time ever I bought plants and was offered to give me plastic to put underneath to protect my car, really loved this by Deanna the Cashier!! Also clearance plants actually rang up the clearance price, I have been to other stores (not home depot) where the clearance sign and sticker have not rang up correctly.

The overall impression of the Sandhill Store is my reliance that this store will have the product I am looking for.
