Store is usually clean and well organized. Employees are mostly friendly. I usually can find what I want and get in and out rather quickly. If I need help, I usually receive good customer service.

The in store employees are very kind and helpful. I can find what I need 95% of the time. I will never buy appliances from Home Depot again, because Home Depot itself does not communicate well with the horrible delivery service they use or with the manufacturers of the appliances. Always, always problems with the delivery service. Tired of dealing with it and it always becomes a big production to fix the problem, because no one sends over the proper info to each other and there is always miscommunication and the delivery guys lied to me. Not worth the headache. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.

Very poor customer service. Letty, an employee was no help! Did not even bother greeting any of the customers as we walked in. She was using her personal cellphone while on the clock. I asked for help and she simply pointed at the aile .. first it was not the aile that I was looking for , she said she would send someone over to help me and never did I receive that help! Letty do a more satisfying job or at least pretend to like your job.

My experience at this particular Home Depot was the reason I shop there on the first place. Paxton and Gena were extremely helpful for my search of an illusive pair of gloves. As Paxton walked the aisles Gena worked effortlessly on searching the surrounding locations. We were unable to locate the current on hands within the store but I was directed to a location that had plenty of stock. I might not have walked away with what I wanted but I am very satisfied with the determination of locating the product for me.
