I am very satisfied with home depot's Ryobi's product line. Also, the company is very helpful with issues involving their products.

I just got back from visiting this Home Depot earlier this evening and was reminded why I NEVER go anywhere else! The staff is ALWAYS fantastic in their support and customer service and whenever I have questions, they never hesitate in either assisting me themselves, or tracking down an expert. It is a fantastic store and as someone who is NOT than handiest of individuals, I welcome their insight and willingness to help!

I bought some white tile at Home Depot but not all the white tiles were the same dye lot. It was a very large quantity. Some of the tile had already been unboxed. Home Depot took the return no problem and credited my original payment. They made it very simple and no questions asked.

Generally the staff at the store is very friendly and helpful but we were treated with an extra special visit from Julie she stopped us on the way out the door to tell us about the Promo deal for air filters for your house which we are just purchase to she helped us with the exchange and shots out the door in no time at all so I appreciate her help in speediness! Thank you

I recently purchased a grill. The grill is covered in rust. Very disappointed on the amount I spent on it to be NEW.

I went in to buy some air filters for my HVAC system. I picked up a few two filter sets and headed to the check out. Julie saw me and said that if I bought them individually that I would save close to 50%. I thought it was too good to be true. She took me back to where the filters were and showed me the price difference and then helped me check out at the register. Sometimes going to Home Depot is overwhelming for this non construction type, but Julie made the trip worthwhile.

Only reason I'm giving more than a 1 is because of Mariah with Pro. She saved my day! The first cashier I dealt with had no idea how to help me with will call and basically screwed up my order. Maybe time to educate the new people on how to do their jobs properly.

Another HD store in the same town could not resolve an error on the HD side. I tired three times with no solution. Went to this location in San Marcos and they solved it immediately. Thanks for listening.

I was in a rush this morning and my cars battery was dead. The first number that popped up was Home Depot in San Marcos on San Marcos Blvd. I called and asked if they have jumper cables. He checked told me yes and gave me the isle and the department. I was in and out within 5 mins

"Lee" in plumbing was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I needed a PVC 10ft. 1 1/2" to be cut in to 4 pieces, and not only did she do it without hesitation but was very empathetic. I only wish she had a work table and a better saw to make it easier. She worked with what she had around and got the job done!! I believe Lee is a prime example of Great Customer service. THANK YOU LEE!! AND THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR HIRING AWESOME PEOPLE!!

All your employees in San Marcos are great, helpful, and always read to help..

Pro desk associates need to be sent back to customer service school!

Every time I go to the San Marcos Home Depot there is always an employee with the correct knowledge to help me complete my project. They go out of their way to help you. I am a very satisfied customer.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable .

Plumbing has numerous parts. Usually when Im get a part that I picked 0out I end up going back for a second try. This time I asked for help and the HD employee TOOK me to where I needed to go and picked out the part I needed. No second visit and having to return he wrong part.

We purchased a Magic Chef microwave. A nice upgrade for us.

No matter what I need, it's there and a staff member is able to help me find it if I'm not able to do so on my own.

Good products, and employees. We have a daughter, Karol Manell, who is an employee of your Home Depot on Melrose Ave in Vista. She loves working for Home Depot. Karol shares some of the wonderful things Home Depot does for its employees. How nice to show your appreciation like you do!

Matt went the extra mile in helping me with a project I was doing for our school. He took the time to cut PVC pipe so we could build a frame for our front office. He was so kind and helpful, I really appreciated all he did!

I needed a shower head today, went in very early, right after it opened, and the visit was a breeze! I even made 4 copies of keys. In and out, very quickly. So convenient. I’m very lucky to have a Home Depot close to me. I love getting seeds and new plants, all the time.
