I do not know a saw blade from a tile cutter, but the associates at this particular store do. They treated me like an old friend and took the time to help me, even when I was shopping in a department that was not their own designated area. Gwen walked the store to help me find safety grab bar for mom, and the guy from plumbing helped me get Alex the correct laminate cutter blades. Donna helped me use my new Home Depot credit card for the first time while I’m still waiting on the hard card through the mail. Everyone was so helpful. Plenty of parking and shelves are all stocked, no excuses. I just moved to a new home and this store is conveniently located for all homeowner needs. Yeah. I’ll definitely be back. Awesome store, best staff ever, and I was made to feel welcomed the moment I walked through the door.

Today, I decided to only shop at The Home Depot in the future due to the excellent help I received from Alice, Diana, and Julie. They made sure that I had what I needed and there was no waiting for my return or my purchases. I could have waited but Julie told me that Diana could check me out. All three of my interactions were friendly, professional, and efficient. I believed they truly enjoyed working with the public and they made my visit complete!

I needed help in plumbing, everyone from dept was out, but Marianna, who I found in appliances, walked over to plumbing aisle to help me find what I needed to change valve on a toilet. It wasn't her dept but she helped me find what I needed. Most employees walk away if asked to help outside their dept. You rock Marianna, thanks for being so helpful.

I was confronted by a relentless Sun Run sales person who could not take my cue to end his sales pitch while shopping at this home depot. It wasn't enough to say "not interested" he persisted and repeated his request to come to my home many, many times. He said he was authorized by the store to pitch his sales, what a horrible thing to do to your customers.

Lack of customer service isn't going to ruin my tree trimming experience. Hard to pay 100 for fresh tree and not even be greeted or helped in the process. Was only 2 customers on lot. Hope this inspires employees and managers to show some care and Christmas spirit

My husband and I always come to the Home Depot in San Marcos. The first thing we do upon entering is look for Julie. Whatever we need, she is there to guide us in the right direction, and she stays with us until everything is just right. From start to finish, Julie makes shopping at Home Depot the best!

Julie was absolutely amazing; 5 stars ⭐️ A++ rating! She was smiling and friendly with literally EVERY CUSTOMER and said hello- that simple action can brighten anyone’s day! She helped me un-assemble a Halloween decoration so it would fit in my car! It was the last one and floor model but I was able to get it! Julie even helped me get it in the car as I had my dog with me. Sir Bentley the bully and I had an amazing evening after our interaction with Julie! She is a wonderful asset to your team!

The lighting display is dusty and lights are missing parts. Could use some attention. Otherwise, my favorite store. Appreciate Rose and the others in the paint department. Always nice and helpful.

Thank goodness for the folks at my Home Depot! Everyone really knows their stuff and are more than happy to help and answer all your questions! Friendly, happy and they make you feel like they’re there specifically just for you

I just needed a simple purchase and the employees were able to help me.

Frequently out of stock on common plumbing, gardening, cleaning items. Long lines. No self-checkout. (Cashiers hold the guns and scan products— not self checkout? Causes delays)

I walked into #6656 this morning and was not greeted by any employees, the walking aisles were not cleaned, products were unorganized on shelves. A total mess. Is Home Depot #6656 night shift working or sleeping?

My dad & I walked into the Garden Center, we notice their was a cashier on her cell phone. We asked if she knew where the Perlite was, she seemed bothered & said “I don’t know” I asked if she could call someone to help & she did. After a short time Lexie (in garden) & another young man w/curly blond hair showed up. Lexie the young man helped us load up the dirt & chicken manure we needed & she listened to our question Re: perlite. Levi’s took us directly where the perlite was & offered to help load up our vehicle. I had hip surgery & still recovering & my dad is 81. Lexie was super helpful! Kuddos to whom ever hired her. She has a can do attitude & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were great full to have been helped by her. Thanks again

I needed some help and I ask a middle age gentleman for help and I waited for him until he finished helping other costumer. I saw another worker but because I saw how he was helping the other costumer I wanted to ask him. He helping me so much, took the time to help and showed me the different ways to use it. I forgot to ask him for his name or even look at his batch. If this helps, he speak some spanish (Caucasian men). He gave me the best service ever. I want to thank him for his hard work and wonderful service.

I like driving by and seeing the parking lot full. I am a stockholder so it is good to see the stock price hang8 g there at +- $300!
