The store is very busy lately and the aisles are getting crowded with product in the way when we are trying to social distance.

I would recommend this store due solely to my interaction with Marc today. Stellar service, kind, and generally a great person to interact with.

Store employees are generally friendly and every home products I needed are all excellent quality. No hassles in returning bought items or finding a replacement.

The store is bigger than other Home Depots like in Fresno and Visalia. There tool department is outstanding-Very organized and they have all the tools from Dewalt that you cannot get at other stores. I go there whenever I get the chance. I have purchased many tools there lately because they have them in stock.

On my last visit to Home Depot, in addition to my normal shopping list, I was searching for a saw blade to a 90 year old saw I had just acquired. I carefully searched and could not find it. Frustrated, I gave up and proceeded to check out. "Did you find everything you were looking for," asked Kata, the friendly cashier. My speech can be very difficult to understand since my stroke four years ago, so with all the noise and busy conditions I hesitated to answer. But I did and slowly explained what it was I was looking for. I could tell she was carefully listening. "You must be doing some scroll work," she said, "I am familiar with that type of saw blade. I know exactly where it is. Please follow me and I will show you." She lead me directly to the blade. Kata exhibited professionalism at its best. She was kind and very helpful.

I was having a pretty sadfaced day until Kata helped me @ check out. WOW what an awesome soul. Amidst this COVID regimé, people like Kata make the difference \♥/

While walking through the store, I was amazed at how many products you carry.

Store is well stocked, clean and plenty of parking. Bryan 08/29/2020 our clerk at checkout was very courteous and pleasant.

Overall they are doing a great Covid19 compliance job! It really helps to see the ventilators on and air moving throughout the building...and they really only need to be on during peak hours.

The employees in the appliance section are terrible. Today, two employees walked past us didn't greet or acknowledge us at all. They helped someone before us, then walked away and never came back. They definatly saw us. It was the worst.

Just moved to the area, very happy to visit Home Depot, freeway access is great and friendly service all the way around.

Supervisor at return department was confrontational and arbitrary. We were not able to get a full refund for a recently purchased product which was defective. The return department supervisor lowered her face mask to verbally threaten customers.

During this time of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was good to know that business was still merging forward. It is a hard time for everyone to have to wear a mask and breath. Thank you for adapting SLO. Our family thanks, you!!!

I was able to locate the item I needed easily. The cashier was very pleasant that handled my transaction. I was out of the store in a very short time.

The store is well stocked and plenty of good employees. The only problem I have is that they force you to take store credit on any return where only a portion of the original payment was made on a gift card. If you purchase an item for $100, but use up a gift card for $5, they will give the entire refund in store credit. Even after I said I want the credit card portion paid back to my AMEX card, they refused. It seems to violate their return policy, but it seemed to be a semantics game when I complained.

Store is running very smoothly in light of the adjustments that need to be made to protect the community.

Everyone was very helpful, especially Marty in Millworks. The guy aims to please and takes care of details

This is one of the worse lumber department. I have visited many Home Depot’s from California to Texas Canada to Mexico
