Had a really good experience when my family and I went to purchase a bunch of items for a home project. The employees were very helpful and Bryan made an effort to engage with our children and get them laughing at the register which is always a plus. Overall we had a positive experience.

My husband and I are doing several projects on our home. Pierre, the store manager, from the San Luis Obispo Store went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with advice, ideas and he even walked us to the check-out!

HDX ultra soft bath tissue is much better than Angel Soft and Charmin.

This Home Depot Store is one of the best I have shopped at. The selection is always good with specials being displayed up front. The customer service has been outstanding thus far and it keeps me coming back.

Always plenty of employees on the floor to direct people where to find items and will take you to the items and really know their stock And if they are out of stock they will always offer to find another store or order online and ahi to the store or your house

The store was clean and the aisles were easy to navigate. The employees knew their department and product and were eager to help without being asked. I have never seen a lumber department so clean, the lumber was all stacked and easy to load, and each bin was labeled for easy identification. First time in a long time that I enjoyed shopping in a Home Depot.

Too many employees in one store. Most are young, not trained well, unconcerned, uninterested, and don't appreciate OR understand the concepts of consumerism and customer service. Okay place if you don't need employee assistance.

Sales associates at the cashier Raymond and Maria were extremely helpful, patient, and generous; with making our shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Were some of the friendliest employees at any store hands down, that we have ever dealt with!

It is so difficult to find an employee willing to help. I am a single woman and feel disrespected and belittle when I am trying to find an item I need. You should train your employees to be more respectful. Single women are not stupid or dumb. We have to endure discrimination because we "don't have a guy"right next to us. Stop the misogyny!!! And, not because I am Mexican I am not educated!!!

Great day at Home Depot! This store is clean and well stocked. The people here are so thoughtful and helpful.. Especially the salesperson, Chase, he Rocked our whole wonderful experience of buying $1,000's worth of cabinets!! From 1st morning phone call to our pick up at Pro parking, Chase knew what to do, and when and how to do it. With the help of Albert, Chase helped to get us happily on the road to the next step in completeing our remodel. Thank you Home Depot and thank you Chase for your happy and brilliant spirit!

Employees, are amazing here in San Luis Obispo location. I'm always amazed how knowledgeable and excellent customer service. However one stands out. An employee named Blake. I was struggling with the items in my hands and he went and got me a cart. He was already off work. I'm just one person one customer. He gave me the red carpet experience. Like if I'm a movie star. So thank you Blake Home Depot is very lucky to have you working for them. Elleana
