Every time I go into this store, everyone goes above, and beyond like you would not believe smiling the whole time, and always making me feel wanted and ready to come back. I appreciate it so much and enjoy my visits there.

My wife and I just completed a kitchen remodel, Home Depot employees and product selection made the job much easier.

I'm always nervous to enter a hardware type of store, but always feel great about the assistance that I get at the Home Depot.

They have friendly assistants who go out of their way to help! San Luis Obispo Home Depot has the best variety of items from which to choose... Many knowledgeable employees are so helpful!

The customer service is extremely lacking at this store from the paint department to the checkout. Instead of helping me with a purchase and getting a bar code, she said I could look for it, as she proceeded to stand around talking to other employees. Waited 15 minutes at the paint department to be treated rudely.

I just moved from Atlanta Georgia to San Luis Obispo California. The staff were very helpful with locating what I needed and great advise. Every one had a very pleasant attitude :-) Way Way better than Atlanta location!!!!

Took over an hour at customer service to basically tell me they couldn’t get me what I needed. Lots of miscommunication. I’m so angry and tired right now.

Love the Home Depot...from Windows to cabinets to granite to landscaping bark, plants both inside and out to carpets and flooring.

The key machine in the front didn’t work so I went to the machine in the back to ask her to help me. She was in the middle of duplicating her own key. When I asked her, she lied and told me the machine was broken!! while she was using it in front of me. Then when I called a different employer to come and help me, she rolled her eyes at me and left. The machine worked fine and the employee I called over was super helpful. the girl who lied to me was Jen HC by the cash registers. A girl with blond streaks in her hair. Extremely rude and lies to customers so she doesn’t have to deal with them.

I shopped for a timer for my drip water system. When I got to the check out stand in the nursery area I found that I did not have my HD credit card with me. The cashier said no problem if I had my drivers license with me and if I would type in my social sevurity number in the key pad. He verified my info and charged the item to my account. I was thrilled, I thought I would have to go home, get my card and return. I did not have to. I had never heard of a company who would charge an item on your account without your card. Whopee!!!

Looking for a couple of items, the employees knew exactly where to send me. That helps a great deal.

Home Depot in San Luis Obispo, CA nearly always has what I need in-stock when I need it. I can go with confidence that I'll be able to buy what I need. The return policy allows me to buy with confidence knowing I can return defective items as well as any extra items I didn't use. You've got great employees who are helpful and professional. I must mention loader, Neal, who helped me get some large items into my car. He's fantastic--friendly, strong, patient--everything I need when I have to load items.

I bought this because I have used Bosch Roto Hammers at work so I know they are good quality. This hammer so far has worked as I expected. I am breaking up a concrete patio and while a little bigger hammer would be a little faster this hammer is getting the job done. I would recommend this to a friend but most of my friends will be wanting to borrow it.

The SLO Home Depot has some of the best staff of any Home Depot I've been to. A positive attitude that makes you smile, knowledge that everyone is willing to share to ensure your job gets done right, and extremely helpful so you leave happy and guaranteed to come back, which I will :)

I go to the San Luis Obispo Store because I am recognized and greeted by name by Paul when he is there. Very friendly and helpful. Always makes sure I find what I need. I buy a lot of trees, plants, flowers and he always help me. I appreciate the extra time he takes to make sure i find what I need.

Home Depot is a relatively new store in town. It makes home projects so much easier due to its size and large inventory.
