San Angelo store Good cashier!!!

Outstanding friendly customer service!!

The prices are better than Most other stores in my area. The store was orderly easy to find products. Pricing was clear and easy to read. The friendliness of all employees is great. The management is helpful and kind. Do not rush you through your purchase. Pleasant shopping experience.

Went into the store to purchase a bathroom sink and pedestal, great prices with nice selection on the hardware. All 3 staff members we're very helpful, patient, and happy to help us with all selections of our purchases. It makes a difference when people want to help you when you have questions.

This is my go-to store in San Angelo

It’s all smiles until you need to return something then you get attitude! Money just laid on the table, about $700 in $20’s just laid there not counted individually as would be appropriate to ensure you don’t overlay or short change anyone.

Lou was most helpful. He went well beyond the experience I have at other stores. He was sincerely interested in helping me and took me to the correct department to help me find the product.

Cashier for self check out was really nice, actually checked out my purchase because the check out was backed up. Store does not have handicap access available.

On almost everything they are the cheapest and most freindly.

There was a was a woman at entrance and returns I think , she checked me out and while she was doing this her daughter was calling she was scared I think. She handle me with courtesy and friendliness and then would try and calm her daughter. My heart went out to her , that to me is a great employee for homedepot. Thanks for listening Mike Leikam

Our San Angelo store is a one stop shopping experience we do not buy our lumber anywhere else !!! Home Depot has met all of our needs in every department especially the lumber department which is what we use the most ! The garden section and beautiful plant displays is my personal favorite, but my husbands is the entire store and the wide selection of rental equipment you may need to get the job done !!.Thank you Home Depot for the great customer service and selection from lighting to paint to change your look for your desired dream space . Hands down the best Home Depot in Texas! Love the employees! Always helpful and Kind. Always greeted 2 or 3 times in the aisles and easy to find someone to help. As a matter of fact I usually have one or two people ASK if I need help. Very refreshing! Yall are doing something right at this store!! Best customer service anywhere!

this home depot is the friendliest, most helpful, store of this type. although I didn't find exactly what I needed (wasn't even sure what that was), a young lady employee asked what I needed, and after telling her as best as I could, she went right to the item on a store shelf. this employee was fantastic and turned what could have been a futile, long-drawn out search into a successful shopping experience.
