I recently bought a gas range at the local Home Depot. The American made stove was priced at the lowest amount I have seen. The stove is a cooks dream. The sales person that helped me was very well informed and helped me make a selection.

I love coming to this store. Employees are always helpful and nice.

I had 72 feet of fencing to build and Home Depot came thru. I got all the fence panels and posts needed and had some very fast service at the checkout as well as loading up. Thank you for all you do. AND I was able to get on my project right away because I only had the one day off. Fast service and helpful employees on a busy Saturday.

Staff were quick to offer assistance, especially at the cash registers for those in line. It took very little time to find what I needed and to check out.

Mike was not a helpful employee. We waited almost 8 weeks to try to get our washer fixed. Home Depot had us use Concho Appliance since the washer was under warranty. This place was useless, and Home Depot would not offer other solutions. We were calling both 2-3 times a week. It was a lengthy and frustrating experience.

No problem given when I returned the swamp cooler. Workers were friendly, store was clean

Have always been able to get what I need, and when I shop to compare I ALWAYS end up back at home depot for my purchase. All the staff has been very helpful as well. Hope Depot is defiantly my GO-TO hardwood store!

Great service and friendly employees I would like to especially thank Angelina who went above and beyond to help me with checking out and making sure I had everything I needed as a disabled veteran it was nice to see respect and care in a young lady who knows her job and goes out of her way to help make sure you have had a good experience while shopping and checking out

Home Depot is my store has great prices and great customer service and super clean .

Store was clean, products were easy to find the employees were really helpful by suggesting coconut liners for my window boxes and the corrrct sizes for ea.window box Great experience from the minute I entered the store and was greeted by the cashier until vicky checked me out with other great suggestions. I will be back!

This store is always clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and courteous and always willing to help.

Some changes at this store resulted in a more customer responsive employee base. They make my trips to this Home Depot enjoyable. If I can't find the product, all I have to do is ask one of them. They are never too busy to find the time to help.

The best home improvement store in San Angelo!! There is always a friendly, knowledgeable person to help with questions - or just to say hi. Prices are excellent and stock is always there. Even special orders are quick in arriving. And they offer to load your merchandize if it's heavy or bulky!!

Employees very helpful

I walked in with a list that took hours to fulfill. I am not an construction person and the list was written for me. I had no idea what a large majority on the list was. However, when I asked for help I got it. I was assisted in fulfilling ever item on the list. I asked for someone to assist me and they stayed with me until I loaded my Vehicle up. I cannot express enough gratitude to, Patrick, Vicky, Amy, Kathy, Jennifer, Robert, Liam, and anyone else who assisted. 10/10 if you need it, want the knowledge to make sure what you are getting right, and want the best customer service any company has to offer.... The San Angelo Home Depot is the place to go.

The employees were very friendly. I needed assistance finding the sprinkler heads and a young lady took me to the isle. The assistant at the self-checkout lane was very helpful. When the store first opened the service was poor and it was hard to get help, but now it has very good service and friendly staff waiting on you.

Every employee I ran into in the store had a smile on their face and asked if they could help in any way. It made for a wonderful shopping trip and I can't wait to go back and purchase more home products!!!

Shopped at Home Depot today for electrical, plumbing, and ventilation coponents. I am moving the laundry room indoors from the garage in an effort to make my wifes life more comfortable. As usual at this store, I found the customer service staff and cashiers, friendly, helpful and willing to assist. I was offered assistance in electrical and made contact later with the same female employee who helped us earlier. I handed of a plumbing part I found in the lighting department. In short I got what I needed and my wife and I were able to look at items for later purchase and to learn what we would prefer to purchase in the future. She had to ride in a motorized cart and noticed that every single employee made eye contact with her and was friendly to her. That is a real pluss for me. If she feels valued then she will go with me more often.

I love this store. I am always treated with respect even though I am a woman. I have remodeled a few houses but still don't know everything. The employees at this store are always willing to help me learn more. They are full of great advise and encouragement. The classes are helpful too. I also love the price match guarantee. It has saved me from having to deal with other home repair stores who treat woman as if they are stupid.

Great store. Traditional Home Depot. Employees really work hard to help out. Some may not be experts in a certain dept; but they will call or ask someone who is or can help out. Remember, these are our small town neighbors and friends and perhaps working an extra job just to feed the family or go to school. Be Kind to everyone. Be way the way I'll bet you get better customer service by being a nice customer. It works both ways.

Very friendly employee's and helpful

Store is good usually has what I need. Assistances are friendly and helpful when needed. Just a word of advice if you buy something like an appliance you might as well have delivered to the store and pick it up yourself because otherwise you can set several dates and not get delivery they come from Lubbock 3 days a week and make no exceptions even though they forgot to load my dishwasher in the truck to bring and install, and just quietly reschedule you without telling you. Guess I would be embarrassed to call someone and say we drove all that way but forgot to load or check your items before left there and this was the 2nd attempt at delivery

Excellent customer service...unlike other so store where you have to look forsomeone to assist you and have the time they have a long face. Home depot's associates are friendly and airways smiling. If you pass one on the Isles they stop and offer their help...even if it's not their department!
