I am an outdoor type person and love working around the yard. The Home Depot store fills all my expectations of tools and hardware that I need to make my jobs easier. Home Depot employees seem very knowledgeable and know what aisle I need to look in to find what I am looking for.

All ways friendly service.

The cashier, Cheryl, was very friendly and helpful. She was the only employee we saw in the entire store. The store was not clean and neat.

Sales person was extremely helpful and was able to get me the refrigerator I wanted in a very timely manner and in the right color! I tried the other home improvement store In the area previously and they didn’t seem to want to take the time. I was very happy with service and product availability!

Poor customer service in the window and door department. I had looked up an item in the doors and windows department that showed in stock and when I got there, I wasn't able to get the person to help me find it. He was helping someone else for a bit and I asked if he would send someone to help. The young man said yes. No one ever came to help. I finally spent five minutes finding the product on my own, and when leaving I saw the young man not helping anyone and the lady in doors playing on the computer with no customers around.

Employees were wearing their masks around their necks or not covering their noses. Absolutely no sales associates to be found anywhere in plumbing, hardware, appliances. Poor customer service at the checkout - no greeting, no thank you, no offer to bag my purchases. I understand that this is San Angelo, TX and adjust my expectations accordingly, but this was even worse that usual.

Mask rules not enforced here. Very disappointing and frustrating that my fellow San Angeloans and Home Depot care so little about others. I hear the argument that employees should not have to enforce mask rules. They enforce no shoplifting rules. What is the difference? Will not be back.

Store #6807 San Angelo always has been a friendly place to shop for me. They always are eager to do military appreciation for me at check out, thank you

San Angelo store is always stocked with friendly helpful personnel

Funny how other hardware stores have pickup orders ready in under a hour, this store has had mine processing for over 3 hours. Guess I'll see how much longer it will take.

@HomeDepot just had the worst expierence man here in San Angelo Tx went in to buy some drills that cost $250 and was planning on spending more $$ but the fact that they made me and my wife feel uncomfortable following us around about 5+ people including the Manager leaves me disappointed this aint right man smh
