Great store. Clean. Helpful employees.

DO NOT USE THE SELF CHECK OUTS. Employees leave items pre-scanned, making customers purchase items they neither want nor receive. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!

The staff was friendly & helpful. Assisting us several times to locate items within the store. The store was clean & organized well. The check out was quick & easy. We will continue to frequent this store because of the friendly staff & great service.

My Home Depot has everything I need. Items are easy to find. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are right.

This store is great. Even if it is packed, there is never a long wait at checkout.

Store #8560 has what I want and what I have needed for over a year that I have lived here! My go to place when in need, has all that I needed, always a clean, well kept store and a great staff of kind, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable of their products and locations through out the store, thank you!!

This Home Depot is very convenient for me. It also is not as busy as some others. All Home Depots i've visited have the same problem. There There are not enough employees. It is difficult someone. When one is available generally speaking they are knowledgable, very definitely friendly and sincerely want to help.

Went into this S Reno Store about 9:30 a.m to obtain items I purchased online about 5 a.m. this morning. My SUV would not hold them all, but picked up the first set of items on the Garden Side Roll Up Gate where I was told to go. Went back to pick up the rest of my items & to do exchange on some of the pea gravel (color was all wrong)and got attitude because the girl a the CS Desk didn't know how to do an online order return/exchange. She said, "Well this is going to take a WHILE"..... rolling her eyes again to me! She truly wanted me to know I was inconveniencing her because it was going to take a while! I mean when I walked up to the counter there were 3 of them standing in the back putting on lip gloss & doing NOTHING but gossiping!!! Chelsea (mngr) walked up while the CS Desk while the little red head was down with my receipt at a register to the left of me, blocking her mouth and whispering to another employee her frustrations, because she didn't know what "Equivalent" meant. She wasn't helping me, she was just putting on more lip gloss and whispering about the situation. Chelsea said, "Are you being helped?" I said, "I am trying to do an exchange of items from an online store pick up order & she is giving me attitude about my word, equivalent........then Chelsea CUTS ME Off and I can't even finish telling a manager what I was dealing with from this employee. She holds her finger up in front of my face & walks over to the red head. She tries to explain to the redhead that you don't have to call online ordering to finish the return. It seemed as if it was more important for her to help the employee than me or even listen to a customer. No calls had to be made by the Red Head, (yes you would think she would be grateful because she obviously learned something new today). All was done right there on the computer. I took my receipt, yes still irritated by how I was treated & walked back to my items where they were left this morning! Side Roll Up Door in Garden. I DID NOT put my items there on the two pallets, nope don't have a forklift, nor did I roll the large cart there with my items on the other side of the door. Yet, now Chelsea comes up again and is scolding me telling me she cannot use this side door, because we are suppose to do all the pick up at the front because there is no cameras in this side area and if they were to damage my car then they could be liable. I told her well your people told me to park here before & put all my items here, some are outside and some are inside. Then she started using the Ma'am, saying, " I am not about to loose my job because you parked over here." Like it was all my fault I was told to pick up my items here earlier and now they wanted me to wait until they move two pallets to obtain the rest. She kept going on and on about it, making feel as if this is a huge inconvenience. She started rolling up the door and then AGAIN....its the rolling of the eyes while she is having to roll up the door. So I am now officially done with this store. Its just too much. I need to be able to spend my money where people appreciate my business and don't make big issues out of small issues.

The employees in this store are very knowledgeable about the products and the store layout. They are also well trained in customer service and are very friendly and helpful. I believe there must be good managers at this location because the employees seem to really enjoy what they are doing and I sense a strong attitude of teamwork and pride in giving good customer service. There is very positive energy at this store location so I enjoy shopping here.

WE HAD PURCHASED AT LEAST 6-7 YEARS AGO PATIO DOORS, TWO SIDE DOORS, AND A MIDDLE DOOR, ALL IN ONE UNIT AND IT WAS INSTALLED FOR US, THROUGH A PROFESSIONAL WHO WAS RECOMMENDED BY THE HOME DEPOT. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE DID, AND TRULY ENJOY THESE DOORS VERY MUCH! IF WE NEED ADDITIONAL WINDOWS, I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN TO HOME DEPOT! WONDERFUL SERVICE, AND TIMING ACCURATE! THANK YOU SINCERELY

We have never found an employee in this store that isn't friendly and helpful.

The store employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to help each customer. If they do not know the answer they find someone who does know the answer.

Ray and Darryl in the doors/windows department went above and beyond to meet our door expectation needs. They were courteous, friendly and extremely patient with us !
