The employees of this store never cease to amaze me with how brazenly rude, offensive, or inept they are. It is time that they hire someone that can oversee the employees and address their inappropriate behavior and lack of both professionalism as well as basic common courtesy. I think such a position would probably be called a supervisor or manager. Those titles do not accurately apply to the employees in charge at this location. Additionally, I was incorrectly rung up and was not allowed any opportunity while in the store to look at the screen while prices were rung up and was too busy with stopping a bizarre practice of employees silently and wordlessly absconding with full carts. Time to start giving some training or education on courteous and professional interactions with customers.

Steven Helped me when I came to this store. He is a knockdown drag-out rockstar in a mild-mannered apron. Don't be fooled by his calm get-it-done demeanor, he is a customer service beast! He will solve your problems so fast you'll think Chuck Norris himself knocked you out with a roundhouse of amnesia making you forget you ever had a problem at all. That's Steven.

Always helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience in this store. Jim in the electrical area was awesome in his help with our needs. TJ is also another person we interacted with and she is wonderful and very attentive.

The store always has a great selection of quality products. But the best thing about this store is their employees !

We like shopping at this location. Store well stocked. When they went to self checkout, we shopped at a different vendor. Now that they have folks helping out at the self service registers, we have started shopping at this store again. We are not fans of self checkout. It is ok for small item checkout, but when you have a full basket it is not good customer service, especially when employees were standing around chatting and not helping customers. Much better now. Employees friendly and helpful.

This store lets third parties dress up as Home Depot employees and wander the store trying to sell you things like air conditioning systems and new roofs. These people are just salespeople, are not knowledgeable about their products and services (or anything else in Home Depot) and are just a pain when you're trying to get some shopping done. Go somewhere else and you'll be in and out of the store much quicker.

If you need to shop for appliances, ask for Dee! She was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. She asked questions about my needs and made suggestions that fit them exactly. Sometimes salespeople can seem shady like they are just working for commission/bonus, but Dee was genuinely interested in doing what was right, and educating me on my options.

Today's visit was good. Staff was helpful and personable. I am not a fan of the store having all self checkout. Today they had staff in the front helping folks check out. Good touch. Overall I have been satisfied with this store except for the self checkout and sometimes the employees don't pay attention to their job.

This has always been my go to. Through the years I have spent a lot of money with this Round Rock store and they have always been straight shooters! Especially the pro desk employees

Waited over an hour and a half for a pick up order. Ended up being late to a customers house because of their delay.

Love this location, expertise and excellent service by Jessy made the entire process easy. 5 STARS to him and this store. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

I have gone to this store ever since it opened. I have found the employees to be very helpful and friendly. The store is almost always well-stocked and clean. I can't recall any time during a shopping trip that what I was looking for was out of stock. It doesn't matter which department I have shopped in. Only a couple of times over the many years have I had any problem. When a problem occurred, I contacted the manager, and the matter was quickly resolved.
