I love shopping at Home Depot and today was quite excellent. I had to design a manifold for water from a chiller to an injection mold machine. I needed it NOW because I have techs flying in to do work as I am flying out on business - so with a rough idea, I decided to build one. I was in the plumbing department when Don approached me to offer assistance. Together, we designed the various "T"s and elbos, reducers and hose barbs into exactly what I needed. My worries are over and now I can focus on other important projects. THANK YOU DON IN ROUND ROCK!!

Kind and helpful employees will keep me coming to this store! DO NOT THINK You’ll Find Customer Service like this at the Stonehill location because it is NONEXISTENT there!

David Solomos was the first to greet me upon entering the store. He offered to assist me right away. I showed him a picture of a hole I needed to fix and quickly grabbed a cart for me and took me around the store grabbing all the items I needed. He explained the process of fixing it myself very thoroughly and even offered his Home Depot card to call him should I run into any trouble or had additional questions. Thank you, David.

the salesman ces251 was friendly and outgoing he new his way around the computer found the frig we wanted and set us up for delivery within 30 mins of entering the store. Definitely recommend this store and also they have a bigger selection of appliances than most home depots in the area.

I love this Home Depot location. The store is always stocked and clean. I always am greeted and attended to should I need help. It's hard to encounter good workers in this day and age but this store is filled with them.

I did not catch her name, but the little lady with the British accent at the self checkout is awesome. I look forward to seeing her whenever we come in. Every employee we encountered was cheerful and very helpful. This store should be the model on customer service. Customers want help finding items; they want to get in and out. This store delivers!

This location has had very kind staff, and that's a vital thing in a Hardware store. Items can be hard to find, and one may not know exactly what their building/gardening project will require. So, it's satisfying to have a helpful tram to help out when needed.

I’m not much of a handyman, and I had a complicated situation with the faucet in my food truck. I needed a certain size and shape that was not standard. Dan and plumbing came up to help me. I did not have to track him down. He’s all I needed help and approached me. He talked to me like I was an old friend and basically held my hand, walking me through everything I needed. My situation was a little complicated and he never made me feel stupid or rushed. it was actually it a very enjoyable experience, whereas it easily could’ve been very frustrating if I had had not had somebody like Dan waiting on me . The experience was so positive, If I ever need anything with plumbing again, I will go out of my way to go to that Home Depot just to find Dan again.

Been going to this store for years and they have some of the best pro checkout cashiers ever makes it super simple

Sara and Damian at customer service, Terry in aisle 30 - very upbeat, friendly, helpful. I enjoyed all the trips I had to make to get the ridiculous product I purchased work, and then return it when it turned out to be a disappointment. The problem was the product, the people were great.

Amazing store and amazing Representatives! Excellent collection of home improvement items! Don, the store representative helped me immensely to figure the problem with my flush she suggested the location and type of valve for my flush. He also helped me figure the issue related to my kitchen faucet. Amazing guy!

I was pleased to see the Round Rock Home Depot has brand new shopping carts. Now it's much easier to get around the store without having to maneuver a rusty old cart.
