My cashier was Laura in the Garden Center. She was so thoughtful and kind - she even provided boxes that were going to be discarded to put my plants in for the car trip home. She was also very friendly - customer service seems to be going by the wayside, but Laura is very customer centered.

The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was outstandingly courteous and helpful.... as I have always found them to be. They helped me find the correct water filter for my refrigerator and the cashier was very pleasant.

A much better shopping experience than other home improvement stores.

This Home Depot has some solid employees who know there stuff! Terri in "Plumbing", "Dee" in "Flooring" and Dee in "Appliances". Have given me guidance and confidence to take on some projects I never thought I'd tackle! I can't tell you the satisfaction you feel after successfully completing a major home project. Thanks gang! Your guidance and professionalism are appreciated.

Dee in appliances is absolutely the best! She is knowledgeable and so helpful. She made my shopping experience better than I expected when purchasing a washing machine. Thank you Dee!

Jeannie in Customer service and Jose were magical! they helped me find an item that the Howard Lane location could not find and the item that I was looking for was not stocked in the correct place so they had to run around the store and find out where it was and they ended up doing it!!

I like the variety of products that I can purchase at Home Depot . it is conviently located. We go there to buy our hardware tools. Today I found poinsettia plants for $1,98, when the original price was $4.98. I like those unexpected deals. That was a pleasant suprise.

Making my purchases online was super easy. I got my text pretty quickly that my order was ready. I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day but it was all ready for me and delivered quickly. There were a few employees in each department I needed to visit and they were all helpful

Everything I needed I found so easily, the assistance provided for one product was tremendous. The store is very clean, and walkways are clearly marked for all merchandise. The friendliness of all employees was just tremendous, one just feels important when one enters this Home Depot Store.

Excellent customer service by the cashiers, Sheenique and Hayden. Kudos to Kate in the Outdoor deparment for her patience in answering all my questions. Kate stayed with me through the entire process of my purchase selection, delivery setup and payment.

The associates at the paint desk were very professional. They were quickly able to identify the color and mix it as per the requirement.

The Home Depot is very responsible keeping their customers COVID-19 safe by having 6 feet distancing indicators on the floor while waiting in line. Employees wear face masks and one can see the customers with their masks on. Everyone is cooperating.

Products are what you'd expect. Some employees are helpful, but there are others who are downright nasty and should be fired. Three times in the last month I've experienced rude and inconsiderate employees there. They need to be grabbed by the ears and reminded to learn self-respect.

Multiple workers and shoppers allowed to have no masks on !!!!! Face masks are MANDATORY!!!! won't come back.
