Clint our sales representative and the appliance department was knowledgeable helpful friendly and overall made our experience great we have previously bought appliances in the past and it was from Clint with that being said we will only buy appliances at this Home Depot and from Clint. great experience

I would not recommend the paint department in this store. The employees I interfaced with had horrible attitudes. And complained that management ignored their pleas for assistance in the department. I wonder what store management thought about that. By the time I finally got my paint, I was too exhausted and exasperated to complain to anyone in the store. I just wanted to go home.

We have been having so many issues at the home improvement store across the highway. They made it clear they do not care about our business and we came here. Thank God we did! We bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, and microwave here. At the other place, they just wanted the sale. Here they helped make sure the appliances would work for us. Our initial selections would have had major issues that were not mentioned at the other place. I highly recommend coming here and avoiding other places. You'll be happier with your purchases! For sure if Clint helps you! He saved us $4,000 in what would have been big mistakes!

Benjamin Sales Cashier was very helpful. He was the only that acknowledge me after standing in front of three other associates who was talking while,i was looking to be helped.

Customer service associates are rude and unprofessional at this location. Went in to do a simple return for my girlfriend and the customer service associate at this location asked me if it was unfortunate that I have a girlfriend or that we didn’t want the items we were returning ...ridiculous. Won’t be shopping here again!

The store was easily accessed and clean. I was able to find everything I needed on my own or with the help of an attendant. The check out process was fast and the clerk was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Karen K was very polite and knowledgeable about the appliance that I needed. She went above and beyond to help me out.

I went to purchase a refrigerator and Mrs. DEE was super helpful, and knowlegeable about the product. She answered all of my questions and went beyond to help me make a more confident decision once I got all the information. She has excellent customer service.

I found what i was looking for ( Husky tools ) , the employees are very helpful and kind , and i was out in mins . Great job !!!

Absolutely terrible location with 0 organization. No signs of leadership and employees are lost from department to department. Asking an employee if he can help me and get told in response "I do not work in this department" shows the kind of service they care to give. Also, when there was someone near the bricks he talks negatively about the company he maybe works for? He had a home depot apron on and said he worked for a 3rd party and then continued to trash the company (should have known what to expect from there). They try to brush you off and not help you rather than care about what the customer has to say and maybe make their trip a positive experience. I ultimately had to wait over an hour for assistance loading bricks. It would have been a nice courtesy to let me know it would take that long so I could have dropped my son and wife off at home and been back in less than 20 minutes. The only positive were the cashier and the 2 employees that assisted loading my bricks, however, absolutely nightmare of an experience.

This store is very helpful in getting my project done.

Sometimes stores can be impatient with elderly customers, but Home Depot employees have never been this in all the years I have been a customer here.

The store is clean, the employees are helpful and the customer service at the checkout is excellent. As a former HD call center employee, protocol was followed throughout the sale of my item, except for one part. That can be fixed. This store deserve a five star and I will recommend it to anyone who asks.

Location and good service attract me to this Home Depot.

I had some items that I had tried finding at a couple of other stores and could not find them. I found all of them at my Home Depot in Round Rock.

Shop at this store often - store is always clean, many items to choose from and very friendly and helpful employees!!

I've been told that other Home Depots in the area are larger, but I've never had a problem finding what I need - and I sometimes need some peculiar things. Great staff and inventory!

Great experience at the Round Rock Home Depot store - I needed several things from several different departments and every employee I encountered was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

The store is top notch with its inventory and I like the fact that it has a niche space for an automotive aisle
