I think the employees should get extra bonuses for being kind, patient and quick. I went in to order a ridding lawn mower and if i had ordered it online it wouldnt have been delivered till weeks later and i got it the next day and even left notes for the delivery guy. Very nice and great job. Professional.

They tend to run short on products. I would recommend that you order online and do same day pickup. Help is slow or non-existent because the staff is too busy with other people or stocking. A half hour of trying to get two cuts done I gave up and went a competitor and got it done in less than 5 minutes. Self checkout or the contractor register is all that usually open. Overall the store is clean. The plant and seasonal isles are crowded so don't take your cart down there if you can avoid it.

Stopped by early in the morning to pick up a snow blower. Associate was extremely helpful and offered to push my new purchase to the cashier for checkout. I interacted with the sales associate, cashier, store manager and the gentlemen that helped me load up the snow blower and they were all very courteous and helpful....nice way to start out the day.

Shannon in kitchens was a 5 star when we purchased our kitchen appliances.

MOST of the employees are great and know enough to help. There are a couple that are rude and I do not enjoy dealing with but, the good ones weigh out the bad ones. I an in the store often and enjoy every trip

The store is well stocked and layed out in easy to find manner. Most importantly, there is a pleasant greeter ready and willing to assist you with your purchase. Good service is probably the most important factor in making a Happy shopping experience! Home Depot cannot be beat!

You won't find better customer service at other stores. This store far outweighs the Bowling Green store as far as friendly, helpful employees. For us, it is worth the extra miles.
