Store is great with a lot of selections. Employees were nice and friendly. I highly recommend this store. This store stands behind their products and their services. Other stores I have been to do not stand behind them and make customers fend for themselves if there is a problem.

I usually don't use that store but I was in that area. I use the North Toledo store most of the time.

The Rossford store has the best customer service, helpful associates in the area. Don't go anywhere else if you need assistance in locating what you are looking for.

The customer service at the Rossford Home Depot is excellent. We have had purchases from most of the various departments, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend using this Home Depot for any of your home needs.

Walked past 6 employees and not one hello or even a friendly nod.

Even in the unusual circumstances we are experiencing, it was a pleasure to be in this store. All associates, & most customers were wearing masks. The store is very open & clean. Lots of good merchandise, but also lots of space to move around. We never had to run down an employee to ask a question....they actually asked us first if we needed anything or were finding what we needed. Is this unique or what!!

I always receive helpful information from the associates.

From Mike in plumbing, to Caitlyn in appliances, to Marty in paint, and Dawn the cashier, these employees are simply outstanding.

The store was clean and isles spacious enough to get around without any problems. all employes were friendly and helpful. It has become my favorite store to go to for anything.

Home Depot always has a great inventory to chose from for all of my home improvement needs. The employees at the Rossford store are always very polite, it's never hard to find someone when I need assistance (often I am asked without even having to ask for help). The store is clean and everyone is friendly, they don't make me feel like a customer - they make me feel like family!

You won't be disappointed! You're acknowledged and greeted as soon as you walk in. The store is clean and organized so product is easily accessible. No matter what department you're headed for the Associates ask if they can help in any way.

Thanks again Home Depot !!!! One of the best places to shop...... I just can't stay away from this place ! HaHa !! They have everything I need ! And, then some.... Also, they can even order online, all kinds of special, hard to find items. So, if you're looking for some special, hard to find item, don't hesitate to look online. It is truly amazing how many other things that are available.

This is a very nice home improvement store to shop. The store is kept very clean, well lit. Well stocked, easy to find items. Also, just in case you can't find an item at the store, No problem... They are very helpful in ordering it for you. Very friendly, helpful, staff that care about their customers. And, Great sale prices and specials, Too ! What more could you ask for ? Home Depot has it right !!! A++++

Most Employees didn’t care we needed help or didn’t want to be bothered! Cashiers seam like we just didn’t matter.

I was greeted by Dawn who was so helpful who told where my product was I was looking for and she was also my cashier was very nice everyone else was very helpful I will return

Large selection of doorknobs took me about 10 minutes to decide on which one. Nice store and easy to get around in.
