Great place to shop for household items. Very clean, well stocked store. Very friendly, helpful employees. Low prices and many items on special. What more could you want ? Have been going there for many years and, will definitely shop there again. A++++

I usually shop at the Toledo Airport Hwy store. I was looking for legs to construct a workbench. The Airport Hwy store was out of stock. When I went the the Rossford, OH store, I discovered the 72" fold-out wooden workbench. For only $20 more than the legs I was going to purchase, I was able to purchase a fully constructed workbench. At home it only took a few minutes to remove it from the packing, unfold, and stand upon its legs. The bottom shelf had notches on each end that snapped into the folding leg supports to ensure the legs remained at 90 degrees.

The cashier Gabriella was very friendly, making sure I found everything I needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

HOME DEPOT IN ROSSFORD IS A WELL ORIGNIZED STORE THAT MAKES IT EASY TO SHOP AT!!!!

I have shopped at this store for a long time and can say that I have the best experience with the paint and supplies I need! The store is always stocked and have very helpful and knowledgeable employees!

The store has great customer service and the people are very knowledgeable.

I find this store clean and easy to move around to various departments. Employees are always helpful and help me to find whatever I need. If it is something they do not carry, they are willing to let me know who does.

I have to share my HORRENDOUS experience with The Home Depot Rossford store #3858 so all of my family and friends know what to expect with their customer service. In the middle of May I attempted to place an order with Home Depot for flooring and a new entry door. It took THREE visits back to the store to even have someone available to talk about an order because they don’t staff appropriately after 6pm. Door and flooring ordered...finally. Middle of June, the special order door arrived at the store...took 3 days for the store to inspect the door...inspection passed. Got a call to schedule install in the middle of July. Install company called in the middle of July to install early, sent my mom and daughter to my house only to find out the inspected door was wrong—the beautifully finished door had an unfinished door jam that was only noticed by the installer. The store takes a month to correct the door. New install date on September 4. I request the day off work. September 4...Home Depot calls...they won’t be installing the door, the storm door placed with the initial order is the incorrect size. So, called corporate. The store is unwilling to do anything to fix their mistakes through this whole thing. They were kind enough to let me use a coupon...that anyone can use for any purchase. And corporate agrees with their decision. All this to say....shop at your own risk...especially for items you would like installed.

A couple recent issues. Do not allow them to contract delivery services. I had a six minute window of notice, no preset time, just a set date. Delivery man was rude, disrespectful to me and my children. Left w merchandise. Tamara and Steve were courteous in getting/delivering merchandise. Set up roofng, it was not available, no one could count instore stock, had to call early am to see if my roofers were going to have merchandise available for pickup. Beth found 46 bundles in-store, and delivered from another store the additional bundles needed. Very frustrating. employee was sarcastic on the phone early am telling me to call other stores to see if they had shingles: I purchased from rossford store, not my job to locate enough merchandise. I like the store, but I'm becoming frustrated.

As always; Steve, Colleen, Sam all make my experience easy. They take the time to ensure my needs are met,, they do it with a genuine smile and never act put out. I appreciate their familiar hellos, smiles and assistance. Thank you Steve, Colleen, and Sam.

Store was spotless and very organized. Everyone was very friendly and the gentleman in the paint dept. was very informative and knowledgeable.

As always, the employees acknowledge me, stop and say hello, see what my needs are and are very gracious. I appreciate the fact that they extend great customer service.

I do not recommend stores … I leave it up to individuals to find their own stores and determine if they fit their needs. I am frustrated with this store due to lack of consistency in applying their military discount, I was denied it today and told I had to speak with the front desk if I wanted it. Other times I was given the discount. Not sure what the difference was.

The employees are awesome! They always smile, greet me, know who I am even though I recently started my home projects. Steve is always there with a knowledgeable answer, a warm smile, friendly greeting. I enjoy coming in, learning new things, I trust the knowledge of the employees, they are helpful from service desk to every isle I need help in. They catch errors in differences, shoe molding two different names, only needed one name to match my laminate. I trust the employees, and that is why home Depot is my new place for great retail therapy! Thanks Steve, Colleen, Kendra, and all the others who have assisted me. I appreciate all of you. I never feel like I out any of you out with my questions or needs.

Open up more cash register get rid of self check out. If you offer a discount to do self check out than maybe I would do it. I am not getting paid to work there.

Associates went above my expectations to be helpful, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm new to home Depot and appreciate them learning my name, assisting me with information on products, putting items in my car.

Visited the Home Depot store in Rossford to complete a lighting project. I had been told what I needed but am not familiar with any of the projects. Roger, an associate found everything I needed and educated me through the process. My project was completed, and I had everything I needed and knew how to do it, thanks to Roger. I was helped quickly and efficiently.

Better pricing on plants. The employees are helpful and friendly. This us the only Home Depot I shop at.

Love shopping at Home Depot. You can always find someone to help you and when they do, they know their products. Easy to shop because can get what we need quickly and get out. Caitlyn in appliances was a huge help. Rebecca in flooring was so friendly and knowledgeable. She even helped us load our merchandise.
