Has the products I need, a helpful staff and a clean environment. My preferred shopping location.

Employees very polite and well versed in the department they work in, store clean. A very good experience. We were able to find what we were looking for as our salesman Noah was listening and took us right to what we desired and then we purchased the items. Thank you.

We entered the store and were immediately greeted and advised which aisles we needed to go to in order to find the items we needed. Once in the appropriate areas a couple of the floor staff helped us get the rather large, heavy items we came for. They were knowledgeable and answered questions we had about installing the items. At the register the cashier advised on how to pick up one of our items later when we could bring additional help to load and unload a heavy item. The staff we encountered could not have been nicer or more helpful! We left very happy!

The store has consistently had great employees who are most helpful and friendly. They will provide valuable assistance when asked and frequently ask if they can help. The store has almost always had what I'm looking for. I certainly recommend it over other the competition stores.n

The store had all that I needed. I have been happy enough with Home Depot that I have decided to make them my "default" big box home improvement store over their competitor across the street.

I have been more and more impressed with Home Depot each time I'm there. I have been less and less satisfied with your biggest competitor across the Rt. 20 in Rossford. Next time I go looking for anything, I'll go to you first!

I like Home Depot, the products they provide, and the service of the employees. They always seem to be attentive and helpful. I just wish they would provide there own delivery and installation people rather than having to go to an outside service.

Self checkout does not accept U.S. currency in the form of dollar coins. I found the products I was looking for easily. I was able to get assistance when I needed it. The store was clean. The associates were friendly and helpful. The associates should all get raises.

Everyone at this location that I have personally dealt with have been very professional, outgoing, and very pleasant, I will continue to shop at this location because other home depo locations have not met the standards of the Rossford location,

I went to this store after going to another similar store closer to my home and I found what I needed which was better looking and less expensive than the other store. I have shopped at Home Depot in the past especially when buying paint for my home but now I will remember to drive further to find what I want and obtain it at a better price and with great customer service.

We had the opportunity to talk to 2 managers at this store...one over the phone and one in person. Both were personable, friendly, and eager to help us solve our problem, and went out of their way to make us feel like our issue was important and something they wanted to help us with. We left the store feeling much better than we did going in!
