Great Garden Center!

Great customer service at this location. All the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Positive experience every time!

Very helpful employees!

Difficult to find qualified employees capable of offering assistance in various departments. Also difficult to find the right type of shopping cart depending on your purchases. No one offered help loading any of my items, which would've been a nice courtesy that other retailers do offer. There were no promotions to take advantage of, even using the store credit card. Not much reason to favor this particular chain over any other, really.

Melissa is the kind of employee customers appreciate! She went the extra mile to get me the paint supply I needed and saved the day for me.

Cluttered up store and a water hazard in the garden center. I could not find a sales associate on the floor to help find an item I was looking for. I wandered around and found it eventually.

Poor service at the Rome Ga store but excellent service at the Calhoun Ga store!! I will shop at the Calhoun store in the future where you are treated with courtesy and respect!!

Very pleasant experience shopping in the Rome store today for a replacement microwave. Saleslady, Alma Morales Serrano was a very helpful, courteous and pleasant person. The store was crowded because it is springtime and everyone was shopping for flowers and home improvement supplies. She found the microwave we were looking for and helped us get it in our vehicle. Very nice young lady that didn't treat us like old people!

Employees were very helpful

I'm getting things redone to our house, and the employees went out of their way to help me and my builders find everything that we needed. The even helped him load things on the truck , and was very friendly while we was checking out. I will return to get more items when I'm ready for the next upgrade on our house. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality!!!!

One of the nicer Home Depot’s I’ve been in. Clean and organized easy to find things. Everything I have looked for so far has been in stock. If you don’t have a lot of time you can look for a product on their website and it lets you know if they carry it at this location plus it tells you exactly where it is.

This Rome Store is all about Customer Service from Decades Past, This visit today went beyond the big box store routine where your on your own basically, but thanks to one Dynamite young lady Ellen Parker made the difference with Attitude geared to myself and just what I needed not more or less but paid attention to MY needs and went beyond my overall experience by aid in loaded 3/4 inch {6 pieces} plywood a 12 x 15 rug and all the screws and nails and the the exact amount of glue, not your typical used car sales act Ellen is a definite call back next visit , its not the name Home Depot , yes they had what I needed but this little lady packed a knock out with less time and following through is the finish.
