Store had everything I needed and helpful employees to take the large items to the cashier.

I had help from a young lady Taylor Hunter she made my shopping experience very easy and was very helpful very good customer service.

The home depot store in Rome is absolutely the best !!!! The employees are vey helpful and very friendly, they treat you so well you always want to come back to this store !!!! I highly recommend this Home Depot!!

We here in Rome,Ga have the best Home Depot store. Always have what I need when I need it. Service is Great and the Staff know what they are doing.

Leon greeted me and was able to direct me to the correct aisle. He called for Allen to help me when I needed more assistance. I came to Home Depot for the WiFi light bulbs as the other store was out of stock per the online site.

Store was clean, All of the employees that helped me while I was there were very helpful friendly.

Everything was great, able to get a lumber cart and product quickly. Cashier Donna was very efficient.

The people in this store are not friendly and I will either go to the Calhoun or Cartersville store. This is not my first problem with the Rome store but it will be my last one. Ms. Emily my sales cashier was super!!

The Rome store has a problem with some customers ( I should say dead-beats), opening package and removing whatever they need. I purchase a Ryobi router and it was apparent that the box had been opened and resealed. I had one of the employees reopen the box to be sure that it had not been used and all of the parts were in the box. I was assured that the unit had never been removed from the box and everything was there. Turns out a small key item was missing and the unit could not be used without it. Since that was the last one in stock, I was told I could wait until more invenrtory arrived or I could drive to Cartersvill, Ga where they had three in stock. This makes the third time I have had to do that. The first two times was because the items, a table saw and a drill press were only in stock in Cartersville. I live in the wrong town..

Employees are always helpful as well as the management! I’ve been shopping at this store 20 years plus!

I enjoy shopping at The Home Depot. I find great deals there and they are near to my house. There is no way I will drive across town to shop at Lowe’s.

Just had a great experience at our Rome GA, Home Depot. Came in to make a purchase which was bundled with 35% off that day only. It didn't show up when Sales Cashier, Donna, rang up our order. I showed her the email I received with the offer and Donna went the extra mile and gave us our discount as a mark down. Thank you Donna!
