Extremely poor customer service! Associates rather stand around and chat than help. Completely ignore your requests for assistance! Dark, dirty, and dingy appearance! Very hard to see and find products, very disorganized.

Very friendly and helpful, the employees don't go hide when your needing help. LOL

Vonda in the appliance department was very helpful. She found us the dishwasher we were looking for and we saved $130.

During this covid-19 pandemic most people are on edge and fearful. Walking in the Rome store on Saturday morning employees were very helpful and eager to to make the customer feel relaxed and keeping with new safety guidelines. Great shopping experience. Thanks!

After buying my home, I spend a great deal of time at Home Depot. They have all I need to keep my home repaired and my many restoration projects on point.

Even though I have to travel an hour to get tto this store, I will continue to shop her instead of stores that are closer because they have competitive prices and the employees are friendly and very helpful.

I had a issue with my bank card and the clerk decided for her self to informed me I must not have no money, as it turned it was a problem with the card and the bank corrected it , but I felt the clerk was out of line with her assumption

Such a great store because of it's people who work there. The employees are always friendly, act in your best interest, strive to appease and make the customer happy and always willing to help.

I love this store it is probably one of my favorite places to spend money, even when I dont have money to spend. The customer care is awesome, and very helpful. And it always have everything I need.

Thanks to Hank ,Dusty and Cyndi for taking such good care of us when purchasing our new grill. They talked with us to make sure we got the grill we wanted. Helped with checking out and loading the grill safely. Very friendly and helpful.

Tish in appliances/cabinets was extremely helpful in our kitchen remodeling. All employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Assistance was available in every department we visited. Great store!

GOOD STORE

This Home Depot is a pleasure to visit. We came in today for some carpeting on our hardwood stairs and quickly found exactly what we wanted. Ashleigh, in Flooring, wrote up our measurement request and we have our appointment set for tomorrow. She was fast and friendly and we were on our way. That's very unusual for a flooring experience; at most other stores you're going to spend 30 minutes or more. Thanks Ashleigh!

Store is clean & orderly

We were in Rome to find flooring for our kitchen since we had to replace it due to a water leak. Everyone was very helpful at the Home Depot! We’re very happy with our flooring choice! Now waiting to get it installed.

The inexperience and lack of knowledge or concern from Customer service on 8-24-19 at 2:30pm was inexcusable. I would think a large business could take time to train their novice employees on how to treat people. These things need to be taught by a person with experience not by a ignored screen while they play on their phones...FACT.. Online shopping is putting people out of jobs. Sarah at Customer Service needs to be one of those people. Treating Regular Customers like they do not know what they are talking about is very insulting. Worse CS ever at Home Depot. In front of Asst Manager Dallas no less.

Paint dept. very helpful and had my 2 gallons of paint ready after I shopped around the store with the mixing sticks on top, and Donna at check out talked to me like a person with a smile.

I have had nothing but excellent service from this store for years. I own property in Rome but do not live there. Yet every time I visit this store which is frequently the service is awesome!!! To give an example of one of my experiences, while loading my SUV in the loading area one Sunday afternoon, I move my weed eater out of my vehicle to load some wood but inadvertently forgot to put it back in to my SUV. A week later when I returned back to the store I was able to retrieve it. Obviously the young person in the loading area noticed it was left and did not know how to get in touch with me. I am so very grateful for all the employees who go out of their way to assist us customers. Great customer service is what I experience every time I visit this store and this example was to me over and beyond the call of duty though I may not have given all the details here, but is what makes a great business.
