Nathan was very helpful as we checked out today. I always go to this store for material and the great service.

I went in looking for two specific items and each time I asked a Home Depot employee where they were located they escorted me straight to them instead of just telling me an isle number. They took the extra time to make sure I located exactly what i was looking for. Loved it! they also had a great selection of Halloween items which I thought was very cool.

Employees were very courteous and friendly. The store is very clean and organized.

love your store. Everything is always neat and organized. Staff is always very friendly. Your prices always compatible. When im looking for something, your staff could not be more helpful. If they don't have the answer to my question, they'll find the person who does.

I was very impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable the associate who helped me was. He walked all the way across the store with me to help me find what I needed. Then he showed me a piece of merchandise that was even better suited to my needs than what I had come in for.

We received good service from this store looking forward to getting our new dishwasher delivered and installed when it arrives! Employee was nice & helpful. We will shop there again I am certain.

Hank and Haroom were the most helpful employees. Without hesitation they loaded 42 40 lb bags of rocks into our vehicle and never missed a beat or groaned once. Worth the trip to Rogers to get such excellent service.

Once again, I'd like to express my appreciation to Ryan Christian who was extremely helpful with my return.

I could not find the air conditioner I needed at a competitor's store and the clerk there was unhelpful. Robert at Home Depot was a complete star. He located the machine I needed, he helped select a good box, he carried the machine to my car and loaded up, and he could not have been kinder and more patient. I am delighted with the product. All in all, a great experience.

The Rogers, Arkansas Home Depot is an enjoyable place to shop. I am slightly disable and the layout of such a large store makes walking it easy for me. When having trouble getting a product help is always close by. Also it is rarely ever out of items I need. I love the app that gives isle and bay numbers. Nice clean store with friendly employees.

Cassie and Chynell are AMAZING! In this time of COVID most stores are struggling with availability and customer service. I will be coming back to this Home Depot because of the service these two gave me resolving a complicated order.

Associates were friendly and helpful. You sold us a lawn mower because you had it in stock, it was what we were looking for.

Only store in the area always out of stock on some items not a variety of cabinets for the kitchen inadequate stock on the ones they have

Angel at the customer service desk was very friendly and made sure my issue was easily and quickly taken care of to my satisfaction. She greeted me when I came into the store and continued to work and greet others. I truly appreciated her attention to customer service and not just telling me sorry I cant help you. Angel is a great asset to Home Depot.

Rogers store, you have a prize employee in Vee, who helped me today at the service desk! Please know that she went the "extra mile" helping me with a electric lawn mower (EGO 56v) that I had purchased only a year ago at your location. It was not starting, likely shorting out in one of 3 areas that EGO says are likely to present problems. I had planned to pay the $20 refundable deposit (as it was warranted under EGO) and allow it to be sent off for repair, but VEE told me the wait-period would be at least 8 weeks. I appreciated her honesty, and then when she offered to replace my mower with one in stock, I was overwhelmed! Thank you, VEE, and thank you Rogers store for hiring such a helpful person. She certainly made my day and deserves kudos from you AND a raise!
