We had a horrible time trying to use store credit cards. Wrong id was scanned which locks the card. Asked for help was told to call the # on the back of the card. There is no number on a store credit card. So a manager tries to help. No luck we are told we will have to wait for 20 min for the card to unlock. I asked to speak to the store manager. It seem that they can’t even resolve the issue. I know the balance of the card. Can’t the manager do a manual overide or something. Just felt absolutely not taken care of.

Train you're employees on how to greet and ask customers for help.

Needed to purchase materials for deck extension and was glad to see that Home Depot had it! Really appreciate the help in loading and the safety used by the fork lift operators

Visited Home Depot to shop for products and materials for a home kitchen remodel. The employee was proactive in showing and describing products and product differences of various models. He stepped us through the process of providing a team to measure our kitchen and make recommendations, etc., for the remodel process. I could not ask for a better customer experience.

I recently moved from Tacoma, WA and had a great experience at the Rogers, AR Home Depot store. I bought a significant amount of lumber for a deck build project. After picking remaining pieces of 16' and 12' lumber, Jose (Home Depot Associate) was there with a forklift to lower additional bundles of lumber to the lower rack so I could pick more. He was courteous, helpful and attentive to my need for additional product. I never experienced this level of service from my Tacoma, WA Home Depot.

Rachael in appliances did a fantastic job making sure we were able to purchase the appliances we wanted with the best possible price. Going the extra mile with friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service.

Just when I thought no retailers provided good customer service any more, I had a very pleasant experience at the Rogers Home Depot, thanks to Cynthia. She went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted, and was very patient in helping me. Other store employees were also friendly and courteous - it was a surprisingly great shopping trip!

Purchased new kitchen cabinets and all appliances. All associates were very helpful and knowledgable in assisting us!

On October 22 2022 I was in home depot to buy a hot water tank and when I got to the shelf check out after I put my credit card in the system froze and the gentleman at home Depot name Charles was a very big help to me and I would like to thank Charles for all he did for me

Long story short I purchased an item that was locked up and waited 25 minutes to find someone who had a key to unlock it after I had already purchased the item. $200 item and I would have left if I hadn’t already paid for the item which also rang up $20 more then the advertised price. So the. I had to spend another 15 minutes in customer service to get a refund.

I was looking to buy a small freezer, and Lane, in appliances immediately helped me: he answered all my questions, took it to the check out, and loaded it in my vehicle! It is nice to see that customer service like that still exists today. Not to mention that the prices are always the best! Thank you!

Amanda reconfigured an entire order that I had messed up online. She picked the items, had them available by the time I drove to town, cancelled the erroneous order and facilitated a new order, filled out correctly. Way to go!

The folks in this store are just so nice. Can't find something? Ask! People are so happy to help and go above and beyond to find you what you need, even if it is something small. They do everything they can to find creative solutions to problems if they don't have something or if your problem is super niche. I love this Home Depot! I just wish they were paid more and that there were more people to find in the store. Sometimes everyone is already helping someone else so you have to wait until someone is free to help.

Do not attempt to get the military discount at HD anymore unless you have already had tons of free time to sit around and sign up on their website. It does not matter that you have military ID, have VETERAN stamped on your drivers license.... if you haven’t gone to their website- plan on making everyone in line behind you angry because they will expect you to do this right then and there. If their website is having “technical difficulties” the cashier will have to get approval from someone else, who will say “go ahead and give him is 10% off this time” which is embarrassing and feels like a charity case. This will not happen to me again- it is same distance for me to drive to another store for my hardware/lumber needs.

I use HD online a lot, but anytime I need something home improvement related, and I need it right now, the Rogers AR HD store is the only place I go to. The store is always well stocked, kept at a comfortable temperature, with clean wide unobstructed aisles, has friendly staff, good parking, clean restrooms and is pet friendly. Beats Lowe’s hands down.

Recently moved to the area. This store is much better than the one in my old location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Not all are professionals but the ones that are should be groomed for leadership. We’ve had experiences in both ends of the spectrum at this store but Logan/Jodie are always amazing. They keep us coming back as we know if we ever really needed help, this store has it.

Ryobi Power Washer 1800 does what needed done.

The Rogers, Arkansas store is well stocked, clean and staffed with great people. The parking lot is easy to navigate and the staff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm 80 yrs old and sometimes I ask dumb questions on how to do a project, but everyone I talk to at this store is eager to help. Hats off to all the employees.

Once again for the umpteenth time you have to fill out your veteran's status again if you wish to get the military discount. Apparently, they think our status changes yearly. I think this is there way of not giving you the military discount. Maybe they need it more than us!

Don't expect any type of customer service at this store. Shelves are not stocked, so be prepared to wait, or get the item yourself.

Had some lumber and appliances delivered. They were the wrong color appliances and I am still waiting on the lumber, weeks later. Supply chain is not the issue. Communication is the issue. For being such a large company you would think that that would be a priority.
