I was in the market for a new zero turn mower and Patrick was very helpful. Will definitely shop here again

I went to return tools I bought at the Fayetteville location to my local Home Depot in Rogers, AR. The employee at the returns desk was rude, flippant, and sarcastic in the worst way. Of the tools I bought, the vacuum had been used, full of debris, and missing parts. The circular saw was missing parts as well. I bought both of these items straight from the shelf at the Fayetteville location. She refused to help me and intentionally wasted my time.

I ordered online and it was canceled. I went to the store and met Angel at the service desk. Angel was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Angel was able to make this frustrated customer happy. Angel knew exactly what to do to correct the issue and had her part finished in a few minutes. If you want excellent help, ask for her in the Rogers location. This excellent review is for Angel only. Angel gets 5 stars across the board. The online experience and waiting to get loaded was average to below average.

This store has the most helpful and kind employees I have ever encountered! The employee who assisted me, Chris, helped me find, measure, and cut all of the supplies needed for my DIY project, and offered helpful feedback!!

The Rogers Home Depot is a terrific store -- I have always find what I was looking for and that makes my shopping trip worthwhile !!!

Devon was great at check-out, he assisted me through check out and showed me how to use my "military discount." Was a professional throughout.

I went in this store searching for a Black Friday item that I thought was a great buy. When I got there I could not find it and ask for help. An employee helped me search for several minutes trying to find the 1 they were showing in stock. After several minutes of not fining it he went to his manager Von and asked for help. After determining that they did not have the item they made me several great offers for substitutions and to do whatever it took to make me happy. I was able to get a better item and a better price than what I initially went in there for thanks to Von and all of his crew. Great store and great employees.

Karen the cashier plays a game of passive aggressive behavior. This time I called her out on it & all she could say was, "whatever" and an insincere "have a good day." She lacks humility & comes across as needing to be in charge. She gets away w/ this behavior because it's passive aggressive under the radar & most folks don't catch it. I do from years of call center management. Please coach her on how to be genuinely courteous to ALL!

I like shopping here as they always have what I need in stock. The quality of the lumber is better too. There is always something new to browse and their home decor is wonderful.

I have only had good experiences shopping at Home Depot. The staff is always friendly and ever helpful. They don't silo themselves in their own department. I've had someone from doors help me with kitchen cabinets, etc. If you need help, flash down anyone with the Orange Apron ... You are sure to be helped.

Store is clean and most importantly, the employees are always engaging and friendly. I generally don't even have to ask for help, they are asking me if I need help!

They offered a work bench not available at a different store. Charlie at the service desk went above and beyond to help me.

Every time I visit this store, every employee greets me and ask if I need any assistance. If they are unable to answer my questions, they take the time to find someone who does. Most of the time they actually escort me to the item I’m looking for so I don’t have to waste time looking. Store is very clean and employees are constantly restocking the inventory. Great experience.

Manager Jesus and Associate Scott were pleasant, patient, and kind while helping me return a large purchase item and obtain a new one. They made time for every customer and kept each of us updated with our status while multitasking registers, people, and telephones! Spectacular example of above and beyond customer service. Great store with lots of product. It was more like being in a hobby workshop that also had product to sell rather than in a retail store with the sole purpose of selling (like another store with spelling that begins with an "L"). I found what I was looking for, I found more than I was looking for, and I bought more than I intended to buy.

I could not get anyone to help cut some keys after asking 3 different workers. I couldn't even get someone to cut off the security tag on the power tool I just bought. Horrible customer service.

Charles was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that all of our needs were met. All of the employees were polite and helpful. Great job, will shop here again!

“Management” team was dismissive and treated me like a thief. Rolling their eyes and walking away from me when I tried to use the Price Match Guarantee. The associates were nice, but “management” was horrible.

We were shopping couple other stores close to home for a set of washer and dryer, but ended up going to this Home Depot store in Rogers in order to get the lowest price also quicker delivery time.

The associates at the Rogers, Arkansas store are amazing! Joe made sure that the item I needed was in stock before I made the long (almost 2 hour) trip there to pick it up. He looked on the computer and it showed that they had it but when he found out how far I was traveling, he put me on hold and physically went to make sure they had plenty in stock for me! Joe even told me the items exact location so that I knew where to go when I got there. When I showed up the next day to pick my item up, the other associates did not disappoint! Once I had my item, I went towards customer service to let them know what a great help Joe had been! Angel at customer service greeted me with a big smile and a fantastic attitude! She offered to check me out right there and then she showed me the survey area on the receipt so that I could let them know about Joe. She thanked me for shopping and even directed me to the restrooms before my long trip home. Before leaving, several other associates offered their assistance but Joe and Angel took such good care of me that I didn't need any! I didn't get the other associates names but they were great!

This is a great store and is well stocked. You don't have to order on line and wait a few days to get what you want.
