This is a great store with so much product. Very impressive.

This store is very organized, has great stock levels and very friendly associates who obviously want to assist customers.

Every business has great and wonderful employees who are vital to the success of their operation. I want to take a moment to mention two in your organization, Genesis and Frank from Customer Service in your Rogers, Arkansas Home Depot location. I was having difficulty ordering two extra-large television moving boxes so I went to the store for help. I was struck by the, immediate exceptional customer service in resolving the issues I was having as a first timer trying to order on-line. Their sincere user friendly approach, along with their desire to truly converse with me throughout the process made for a most enjoyable conversation and a true learning experience. It's people like Genesis and Frank that ensures the future success of businesses such as yours. They represents much of what others strive for in the area of customer service. Please pass on my sincere appreciation for their kindness and exceptional customer service.

The employees were very helpful when we asked for locations of specific items in the store. We ordered new carpet and the ordering process went very well.

January 22, 2021 I called customer service and Charles answered my call. I was having issues with an order that I placed in December. I had refused the order once it got here the first week of January and was told I would be refunded. I had been getting the run around from National Tree Company, Fed Ex and HomeDepot.com. When I got my credit card statement I noticed I was charged for this tree when ordered it but no refund showing. Charles was very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience I had gone through. He made sure he had my name a phone number and made what ever call he needed to make. Charles called me back within 10-15 minutes making my day. The refund will be applied! I told him he made my day and he was the first person to help me with this situation. I will order again from Home Depot but won't ever purchase from National Tree Company. If there should ever be an issue I will be sure to contact customer service. Charles was awesome!!

Amazingly considerate and kind employees. The location in Rogers was fully stocked and well organized. I highly recommend shopping here for your home needs.

Unbelievable Deal ~ I just stopped by the store to see if they had any Cub Cadet 50" riding mowers. I knew the price already, as I research extensively when I buy almost anything. I knew the price for a 50" would be $2,099.99. At first I didn't see a 50" model. Only 42" models. Then I saw a mower away from the others and thought, "Could this be a 50 inch?" So, I was happy to find out that it was a 50" model. It looked a little dusty. I looked at the price tag and it said, "Regular Price - $2,099.99 - Reduced Price - 75% Off - $524.75" What? No way! Yep, it was true! It had been sold, used once, returned to the store, sent to The Home Depot's repair service, then sent back to the store. Thus the 75% discount. Even though it doesn't have a regular warranty and I can't buy an extended warranty on the mower, it does have a 30 in store warranty. And, for the massive cost savings, I can afford to pay for something to be fixed if necessary! I planned to spend about $3,000.00 for the mower, and utility trailer to haul it on, and a heavy duty garden cart to pull behind the mower. As it turns out, I will be under $2,000.00 and getting a better utility trailer and cart than I had planned! Hallelujah! Grateful for great blessings like this. Thank you, God...and The Home Depot!

The store was clean and had what I needed. I wish there was more open space at the entry of the store. When you first walk in it seems very crowded by the customer service area.

I purchased steel garage shelving, that was heavy, bulky and difficult to transport. I rented that store PU Truck for about 2 hours to deliver to my home. All the staff: Scott, Nicki, Addie, and the other very helpful staff, were great to deal with. Thanks...........

No assistance to be found! Until being rudely interrogated about my ability to check myself out. Nothing like being forced to check yourself out then be accused of not scanning something!

Competitive prices and organized store make it easy to find what I am needing. Great customer service. They are always helpful while shopping and also if you have any returns or other issues. All stores should have someone like Drew in customer service.

We purchased some flooring for the house in July, but couldn't get a contractor to install until Oct. It was then that we were told it was the wrong type for the job - we were very concerned that it was going to be a problem returning it but to our surprise it was very easy. The store found the purchase and swapped them out for the correct flooring. It was a pleasant and will come back.
