I always have a good experience at any Home Depot, but this was my first trip into one with all of the global chaos of COVID 19. The staff was still all smiles and helpful as ever, and a fine gentleman named Stew even asked my name and thanked me for making a visit. A smile goes a long way my friends, and smile with a good attitude goes further. Keep up the good work, and give Stew a raise!

Very helpful, there was a cashier up front named Rumina and she was super friendly.

After visiting this store 4 Wednesdays in a row, (complaining the first 3), I believe Management has made all the changes that were necessary for "Normal People" , (as opposed to Contractors), to get all the service needed for a Great Experience. The Store was Clean every time I visited, the ability to get assistance needed improvement. After mentioning it on the Survey I started getting emails and Apologies from Several People, so I corresponded with Management, and they made some chances around there. The " Vests " were EVERYWHERE this time and I think ALL of them welcomed me to the store , Thanked me for shopping there, and Offered Assistance. I had 8 pieces of Lumber cut, when I got them home, checked for size, They were all PERFECT FIT !! I didn't have to stand in any lines,I didn't have to hunt for anything assistance was immediate. If You ever have need, Monica or Vendall, will literally jump thru hoops to correct any issues. I THINK THEY NAILED IT !! Thanks Guys !!

Moduste the cashier was horrible and extremely rude to the cashiers she was training. If you go to the Roanoke Home Depot DO NOT go to moduste!!

In general, the store is well managed, as the store staff and clerks know how to serve customer well, and are willing to provide more information to me about where to go and whom I should look for to get specific information. And, the staff does check on me a bit later to see whether I got what I was looking for. This shows staff are well trained and pay attentions to customers.

This store is an integral part of our community. We are there frequently for all our needs.

REVIEW: The Products I was looking for were NOT available. Assistance was NOT available. The Store was Clean enough I guess. The Associates MIGHT have been friendly. if I could have FOUND ONE. Your team has outdone themselves this time. My last visit ( Wednesday, Feb 5th). It was not pleasing to say the least. I was moved to complete the survey, - ( if for no other reason ) to register for the GIFT CARD. So naturally wasn't expecting any response, from Anyone. Being as I don't live in that town I had no expectations. I was impressed that You sent the email, and Phone number. Consequently, I returned to your store again today, SAME exact TIME on the SAME day of the WEEK. It seems your Wednesday crew must be more interested in other things. I entered the store at 11:05am, Was ignored by everyone. I went first to the Lumber dept. and found the 8ft 1x2 I wanted. Couldn't find anyone to cut it for me. Stood it on end - (in the isle) - by the vertical saw, couldn't find anyone around . So I left it standing there. Off to fasteners, found there were NO #4 machine or sheet metal available, had to settle for #6 grade. No assistance offered. Around the corner for some hinges. Over to the paint isle, No assistance offered. Then tools for the new Table Saw Blade, Nobody around. Back to Lumber. The wood was undisturbed where I left it. A "vest" was walking by and I asked for help. She proceeded in the direction she was going, and I heard the request over the intercom. I waited and watched. After awhile another " vest " went thru on a forklift moving a pallet of water outside, The one who was flagging for him acknowledged my presence, and continued on his way, I asked one other, said he would page, never even heard the intercom that time. The guys with the lift came back, parked the lift, the driver went the other direction. The one that was flagging for him came back to me finally, and proceeded to tell me, Your SAW was to BIG for the wood I wanted cut. Said I could cut it MYSELF at the CART. (With a Hand Saw). I have no idea how he didn't see the TABLE SAW BLADE that was in my other hand. I had just been there last week, got some 7/16 trim cut. ( to specific lengths ), along with some Quarter Round. ALL SMALLER than the 1 X 2 !! Your Store, and Your Team, are very disappointing. The ONLY reason I still bought anything was: A CASHIER ACTUALLY EXISTED THIS TIME. If I had to check myself out again it all would still be lying on the self check counter. Something is Disturbing about the whole situation here. I BET THIS REVIEW NEVER MAKES THE CUT !!

This store is very customer friendly and the flooring and counter/kitchen staff very knowledgeable. Good experience.

Penny at self checkout was awesome. Make sure you go to self checkout by garden exit other side from lumber. She will pleasantly be of great assistance. Tambien habla Espanol.

Tara was great, she took care of my return issue. She printed my lost receipt and took care of everything for me, something the Southlake location couldn’t or wouldn’t do. Thanks to Tara I will be shopping at this location more often.

I like to express my gratitude for Rumina in Customer Service at your location. She took her time and was extremely patient and helpful with my purchases. She took her time and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. Rumina is a wonderful person and takes PRIDE in her job and making customers feel comfortable. Thank you again and I can not wait to come shop again.

I enjoy shopping at this store. Since I am an elderly female, I normally need help in finding an item or determining what I need. A customer representative is always most helpful. Sometimes one has to be called but then appears shortly. This saves a lot of unnecessary walking and time.

So helpful with my kitchen remodel. So knowledgeable about the products the sell and what to look for. Everyone so pleasant.

The Home Depot in Roanoke, Tx is a great strore. Most of the time the employees are awesome the only negative employee I had was in plumbing. The one thing that is a little tricky at this store is that they let people park their trucks and trailers in the contractors pick up area when they are shoping in the store rather than get their merchandise and then pull into the contrator lanes to load. The trucks and trailers clog the loading area sometimes for 30 or more minutes. Other than that inconvience the store really is a great store for both contractors and the homeowner.

I can always count on customer sensitive help when I come to this Home Depot store. Folks are genuinely interested in helping me find what I need or recommending a product that may better fit my needs. Very consistent.

The head cashier and associate need to have better attitude and act professionally...

The store has happy employees that are helpful, smiling and freindly. If others can't nice back then they don't deserve your staff time.
