great place to shop.

I visited the store during the recent extreme weather event. The store had no electricity due to rolling blackouts, but that didn't stop associates from providing extraordinary customer support. One individual in particular, Kristy (Asst. Mgr.) took the time to help me find a coupling to fill my pool and keep it from dropping below the skimmer level and keep it from potentially freezing (filled from my shower as the outside faucet was frozen). The entire crew at that store is great and Kristy is an example of extraordinary customers service that goes above and beyond. Thank you Kristy!

Vickey and Michelle who work in countertop installation were awesome. They explained and answered every question we had before purchasing. Vickey went as far to email us with answers. Thank you for the great customer service.

During the storm this location remained opened for many who needed items to repair their homes the employees worked with no heat or lights and continued to be extremely helpful and cordial during a most difficult time.

Do not try to have wood cut anytime around lunch. After 10 minutes, an employee finally came by. When he, Sean, saw me he put his head down to look at his phone so he would not have to talk to me. I had to stand in his way so he would have to acknowledge that I was there. Sean, that's just sad. The lady who insists that she helps you with the self checkout is so eager to help you out, she skips right to the payment screen so you will have to go back a few screens to check that the prices were right and that she scanned everything correctly. At this store, self-checkout is lacking on the "self" part.

They were friendly and helped me find the product I was looking for.

This Home Depot is very helpful and ready to assist.

We were looking for PVC pipes and connectors. Xavier came around and asked if we needed help, we said we were fine. After a few mins, he was walking by and saw us in a little confused state, he offered help again :). It was very kind of him. He spent a few mins with us, made sure we are comfortable, he answered every single question we had. He helped us cut the PVC pipe and guided us on how to build it. Xavier was very helpful and we enjoyed talking to him. Thanks again for fab support.

Staff is very helpful. Ask for Elvis. This is not a joke. He was super helpful and I was glad to have him help me with my issue. He is a young man that the store can be proud representing him.

Very easy to drive in and out quickly using the back entrance due to the Highway 170 and Denton Highway congestion. Plus Terri in the nursery is always very helpful when my wife and I can not find what we are looking for.

Pretty well stocked. The store is an older one so it is not as well laid out as newer ones but the people working there are helpful and will do what is needed to help you find what you need. It helps to take your smart phone and use the HD app to help find things.

I go to the Roanoke Home Depot whenever I’m doing a project. The store has the items that I need and the Pro rental desk has every tool/equipment that I could possibly need. The employees are very helpful and know exactly how to get the job done!

As a contractor Home Depot is what it is. You’re better off going to the store in person and grabbing all of your crap as opposed to taking advantage of any other services such as pro desk or the service desk. Those people have not any skin in the game other than a paycheck that’s guaranteed to them at the end of the week. So dishearteningYou guys do a good job evaluating your business with store walks that have been planned for weeks but the reality of all of that it’s just a façade. Daily operations are just plain BS if you get down to the nitty-gritty and look at it on a daily basis as opposed to once every month or six weeks

I spend a lot of money at Home Depot every year. But not to be treated like an idiot by a manager who does not want to listen.

I ordered an item for store pickup. When I pulled into the curbside pickup spot, I entered my information twice (a second time after waiting ten minutes). After waiting 20 minutes I ran inside. I did not want to go inside because I had my dog with me because I thought the item would be delivered to my car. Once I got inside, an employee had my order in his hands and I grabbed it and returned to my car. While in my car I checked the item and it was incorrect. I ran back inside and explained to a different employee that the item was incorrect. I informed her my dog was in the car and I just wanted to return it quickly. She looked up what I ordered and showed my it was in stock. I had hoped that she would offer to correct the item and bring it to my car. She called over another employee for help and she also did not offer to correct the problem. And then she gave me a store credit which forces me to return. Having worked in a restaurant where the culture was to ensure that customers leave happy and we would do anything possible to ensure that would happen, your customer service was extremely disappointing. I did use the curbside delivery at this location early in the pandemic and the service was amazing. During that previous experience, the service was fast and three employees came to my car to check on me to check on my order. I guess now your store doesn't care about curbside service.

The store is very clean and always has what I'm looking for. I'm glad that it is my neighborhood store.

The Home Depot is both well stocked and well staffed. This way, there are plenty of employees available to help you during your visit and after if you need assistance with other things as I did when I needed someone to help me load my car with cinder blocks. I am so grateful for their help and support.

I had been looking for a particular item at a number of stores without any luck until I tried the garden dept at the Home Depot in Roanoke. There is an amazing associate, Teri in the garden dept who not only knew the item that I needed but was able to show me exactly the shelf on which it was located.

It really is hit or miss. The fact the website states they have inventory and they don't indicates something very wrong with accounting and management.

Jack is the most courteous, friendly and helpful employee. Wonderful attitude.

Store was clean and well maintained. Malory (a cashier) was very nice and helpful while checking us out.

Alyssa ta the returns desk is fantastic. I feel bad for her because she has o work with Brianna. Brianna made me feel like it was my fault that an item was received incorrectly by your store. She also did nothing to help Alyssa that is new to that position. I guess she doesn't remember when she started and had to learn her job. She definitely needs to learn how to work with customers, especially at the CUSTOMER Service Desk/ Refunds desk. SHe finally helped Alyssa process the refund...and it was done wrong. I called the store for resolution and I was ping ponged to several ringing phones, but no one answered. Finally got to a manger, Vendal (spelling may be incorrect), and he is supposed to have someone call me to get resolution. Let's see how that goes.

Store was clean and set up perfectly. Everybody in the store was very helpful and nice. They spend time with me and take care of all my needs!!
