Very poor customer service in flooring dept. Employee just sitting at the desk and tells you which row to go to. Never asked about project or gives ideas of products you can use. Have to order most of flooring on line. Very lazy!!!

If you're a Pro and need help with anything, Debbie and Layla are the best I've run into in the entire DFW area. You ever go to the pro desk to check out and the checker asks for the PO or job name, and you give them an address, and then you have to say it 5 times and spell out the street because they have difficulty spelling? Not here! Debbie is an absolute master of that screen, keyboard, and mouse. She'll have you squared away in a flash. Got a special order? Let Layla handle it! She'll keep you informed throughout the process and, in my case, went and found my box when the truck came in. Very friendly and helpful!

I was so impressed with the customer service. I have never seen such incredible service at a Home Depot until I went to the one in Roanoke, TX. I was trying to pick up 2 - 16 x 24 x 4 and 2 - 20 x 24 x 4 HVAC air filters with my two bare hands and was dropping them constantly. I believe a Home Depot person by the name of Kallie (sp?) rushed down to help me and carried 2 of the HVAC filters to the register and a person by the name of Kaven helped find a cart to put them in and then Sophalie at the cash registered checked me out immediately. I thought to myself "WOW" what teamwork and customer service. They treated me like a King! I will definitely come back to this store.

Roanoke is a small store, but we generally get better service than then much larger location 10 mins away. What that lack in on-hand inventory, they make up in service.

We bought a new patio furniture set from the Home Depot in Roanoke TX and were provided with great service. Very satisfied.

I tried to buy a window unit. Online said they had 28 units. They did. On the top shelf at the back of the store. I waited 30 minutes and no one could run or get to the fork lift to assist. A very helpful cashier tried to get someone( beginning with a manager- he could not be bothered. Neither could the GM!). We decided I would buy it and come back in two hours. I came back in two and half and it was not ready. Again I waited 30 minutes. No one EVER came back to the aisle the units were on. The initial employee who was supposed to be doing so was standing in lumber talking to another employee. I requested a refund and left. I tried to be patient. I think this was ridiculous, and rude!

I worked with Debbie today and she was wonderful. She was kind, and explained everything that I had questions on. Never stopped smiling.

I've been going to this home depot for several years, everyone has always been pleasant but I've also never had any problems either. Today I had a problem with an HD policy spoke with multiple people and a manager and walked away extremely impressed with the professionalism, understanding & respect that each employee showed, I saw employees helping one another to try to understand and resolve the issue at hand and a manager that was able to explain the policy to me and resolve the issue. By far the best experience I've had any store all 5 employees I spoke with were amazing and a special thanks to Emma. This experience reflects greatly on store management, training and the quality of employees the store has.. Thank you very much

Had a pleasant visit, everything was easy to find. No complaints about this home depot location.

They seem to have trouble keeping stock available. Not sure if it is the ones ordering or the supply chain. Wish they had what I want when I want lol

Got a Milwaukee drill set as a Christmas gift that was faulty and was refused return of item even though I had the receipt. Thanks to this store I will never shop Home Depot again!

I bought a paint sprayer, and it works great. The employee, that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.

This is my local store. Friendly people who sometimes know more than I about home projects. Store is a bit small, but they carry everything I need.

I live 5 minutes away so the Roanoke Home Depot use to be a great convenience for me but now I’ll drive to Keller or Lowe’s just to avoid this store. There is zero accountability, from the Store Manager down and personally I don’t know how someone that pompous and ignorant became a Store Manager in the first place.

I had to return some items today & I was working w/ Disney who was very helpful ! Not only did she do an excellent job but she also has exceptional customer service skills & you should be happy to have her working for you as one of your employees. Just thought you should know how great I think she is & you should definitely consider giving her a big pay raise or at least promote her to a Manager because she knows how to take care of her customers. Was in this hd two times this week buying products that i needed..very helpful employees..very clean and very nicely staffed,,i highly suggest u shop here.u wont regret it !!
