Great store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are willing to assist you in anyway they can. Also, good product availability and reasonable pricing. Frequent product sales are fantastic!

I needed help with a large item and everyone was very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help!

Not very happy with this store in Roanoke, texas 76262. Lots of back walls, end walls, and base for shower boxs opened torn.

Conveniently located and friendly people work there.

The staff at the store went above and beyond to help us. After being referred to them from another store, they greeted us with empathy and were 100% invested in making sure we got what we wanted. When they noticed that the boxes were damaged, they suggested we open up the boxes (7 piece patio set) and check all the pieces. Once we were satisfied, we didn’t think we could get all the big boxes into our 2 SUV’s so they helped us unbox everything and fit the contents into the vehicles. Just amazing service. Huge thank you to Xavier, Mackenzie, and (especially) Odellis.

Thanks to Michelle, I think was her name in Appliances, I purchased a freezer i had called the store about. She had it on a cart and ready to go when I arrived. She was AWESOME!!! However the help up front at the checkout was pitiful. I aske for assistance loading the freezer due to a rib injury, I was told that he did'nt know who he could caal and that there was no one that could help me. As I stood there looking a 4 people in orange aprons talking and cutting up. Not very impressive

I shop at the Texarkana store very frequently . They are alway here for me to help. The store is clean and workers are very professional. Thank you Home Depot Texarkana.

Today (03/12/2022) @ 11:45 am. I spent $134.17 and the Cashier never bothered to say thank you! The guy in the doors section of the store never offered to help me or my girlfriend purchase a door worth $1500. I can be ignored for less money someplace else.

I went to pick up some decking materials and the staff was great! They helped me load the products I needed and I was out of there under an hour. Very satisfied.

Considering the insanity when it comes to staffing this Home Depot does the best with what little it has. Anytime I visit store there never seems to be anyone in the departments but the cashiers always do whatever they can to help.

Store is a great location but they need more employee. The cashiers are also covering all of the other departments

Mark Anthony is a terrific manager at HD. He is a great listener and gets things done. If you ever need help at HD, Mark is the man that will take the time to help you and he is truly happy to do it.

The associate Brandon and the manager went out of their way to assist me and my husband today!

It was a good nail gun and the price was good.

Cooper helped me more than I could have asked for. He spent a whole hour finding all of our needs. This man needs a raise! Never thought shopping at Home Depot would be that fun especially as a female. Go to this location and ask for Cooper!

There was a woman working in the appliance department her name is penny she's a little bit older but she was extremely helpful I walked away very Happy I highly recommend you seeker out

This is a great store. Have always found what I came for plus more.

Awesome staff, plenty of staff on the floor for assistance,, helpful and courteous.

You can rarely get any advice on products or selections; even when your page for help, it is a good ten to fifteen-minute wait. They usually have too many cashiers with automated registers and no one to help with the items. Over the years, I have found I am better off going to another location, competitor, or buying online.

Parking lot and store were clean. Employees were courteous and helpful, especially Modesta and Derek.

If you need help with a large or small tile project, talk to Shannon in the flooring department! A1 customer service! Way to go Shannon!

Mr Pat was amazing. He went out of his way to help us pick out a toilet and set us up for professional installation. Home Depot needs more Pats!

Great store. I have a choice of going to the Flower Mound Home Depot or the Roanoke store and I always choose Roanoke. Friendly staff and they always have what I need and then some!

Good clean store. Not the best follow through from rental/repair department. Why even gather contact information if no ones utilizes the information. When repairs are done and a time line is given as to when repairs will be finished, it shouldn’t take me contacting them a few days after the far timeline date to inquire only to hear that it has been ready for a while. How hard is it to make a phone call or text message. Poor follow through in this regard. I understand you want to gather information for a data base to market your store. A better marketing ploy would follow through on what you say you will do. That being said, I am very hesitant to bring any more repair work or recommend your store for repair work because of this lack of detail. If you miss something this basic, what else are you missing?
