Everyone I passed in the store greeted me and asked to help me! Everyone seems to be so happy with their job! It was a pleasure shopping there!

The staff was very pleasant smiling everybody was happy no one was fussing and hating their jobs they were able and willing and wanting to help and to help you have a better customer service assistant experience it was wonderful for me today I have to trust buying supplies that I know nothing about the floor staff was wonderful helping me make sure that I had the right calculations and also got my military discount so you know I'm happy stay blessed staff

Assistant Manager Janet is very rude, unapologetic, unable to listen to a customers concerns, she has no customer service skills. I use to love home depot and have done alot of shopping here, till I met this employee. She should not be doing any customer service job.

Emplyess do an amazing job

After a small missing part on the product I bought earlier today from a separate home depot would think it's the end of the world. It was frustrating but I approached this store patiently and not expecting to walk out with the missing part for free even though it was owed. We're talking maybe a .50 cent part. Eitherway Clarise which I believe is the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond trying g ti locate this part. At the end of all I got much more than my expectations all thanks to a patient customer and helping home depot associate. Thank you and keep up the great work. You're Awesome!

The store was well organized and very clean.

Nicely laid out and easy to find things. I do have a little trouble in the electrical department but I'm learning. I can get what I need and check out quickly because of Tambra and Dorothy. I'm on the clock with my company, picking up needed items and I have to return without wasting time so Tambra and Dorothy help me without wasting time.

This store is full of nice and helpful, friendly employees, always trying to show the right part or tool I need for my particuliar applications.Makes my trips here more frequent and pleasurable.......

Vanessa in the paint department helped me quite a bit today. If she did not have specific answers to my questions, she researched the materials on the spot and gave me the information I needed. She made excellent suggestions regarding the type of tape I needed to mask off a challenging area and offered an alternative to a caulking issue that I believe will be a much more aesthetic solution than what I was initially considering. Good job, Vanessa!

Not enough to assist in the store

I always head to Home Depot for home and lawn projects. I usually do not require assistance, and I like the fact that if I need assistance, I can find someone to help, and If I look stumped, someone will ask if I need help. Great value, great quality products.

The gentlemen in the lumber and building materials are quite knowledgable and helpful. I wish the store was better stocked storewide, but the customer service more than makes up that shortcoming.

This was another chance that I gave to Home Depot. The last time I experienced terrible terrible customer service and the manager contacted me and promised me that this is not the way they run the store and he promises that he will talk to them about this blah blah blah so I gave them another chance. My experience this time was worse than last time. I am late for where I need to be because nobody would help me and many other customers in that aisle. Finally another customer helped all of us while we waited for an employee to never show up. I will never return to Home Depot. Lowe's will get my business now forever

I love shopping at the Home Depot store #0556. Where I live, I have the choice of going to 3 different Home Depot stores, but of the 3 stores, this one is my favorite, mainly because of the employees working there. I always find what I'm looking for, I always get the assistance I need, and I always feel welcomed by everyone starting when I walk in the door. I highly recommend this Home Depot location to do all of your shopping. You'll feel like part of the HD family and won't be disappointed.

It was easy to find areas of interest, and 1 employee was helpful by providing assistance on an inter-department basis. It was a clean store.
