Was pleased with their wide selection of lawn care tools. I also had a wonderful experience with an employee, Mary, on my last visit who took her time to help me choose between 2 String Trimmers. She took her time and even pulled up more specifications than stated on the box, even though I am well aware she seemed busy right before me catching her (she was likely doing closing duties since it was a half hour before the store closed). Heather, the manager, once paged, came to the Customer Service desk where I offered praise and she was also very nice. Good staff makes all of the difference. Recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

Thank you Sam for giving me outstanding Customer Service and showing true compassion to help me purchased an item I've been looking for months. Thanks Manager Janet for being so friendly and understanding my need to purchased an item. Even though Manager Janet was wearing her mask I was able to see her glowing smile. The store was really clean and each associates gave a smile every time walked passed their path. Sam went beyond and over achieved my expectations. I really appreciated Sam. Thanks again I will shop at this store location again.

The store is always clean , on my last visit we were searching for canister lights the associate a young lady who i forgot her name noticed that we needed help , she stopped and helped us find what we were looking for answered all the questions ,helped us choose the best selection .She really went above and beyond to help us

While not the largest of stores, its size is made up for by an apparent employee Esprit de Corps. Despite a bustling internal pace with the advent of approaching Holidays, the store inventory was believably organized and the employees were all professional with customers and congenial with each other, a formula that makes for a well-oiled business machine.

All the employees i had contact with were superb! Made an uncomfortable experance ,as these type of stores are out of my comfort zone, into a pleasant experance. Will shop again.

One of the best in the metroplex

I went to Customer Service since I couldn't find a tool. A short, young lady made a feeble attempt to assist, and I asked for another representative to assist. Wendy came to help me. After I explained my dilemma in finding a Ryobi blower, and my bad experience with the first representative, she apologized, and said that she would speak with her. She walked me to 2 areas where the items were, and she was unable to find the right one. She reached out to Jackie. Jackie looked high and low, but couldn't find it. Jackie provided a substitute and made my day! Normally my experiences at Customer Service are positive. In this case, it started out bad, but between Wendy and Jackie, they turned a negative shopping experience into a very positive one!

I always come to this store. Always experience friendly atmosphere and find what I need.

If you’re going there to get propane. Be sure to tell the customer service that their propane dispensing kiosk does not work. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get their attention to that fact.

Nice clean store and great help there

The store is obviously safety conscious. Kudos! ALL employees that assisted me did a super job. The cashier, Tarequl went above & beyond. Because of him I saved $50.00. Great experience!

Bob and plumbing is really helpful. Very knowledgeable. Very willing to assist in any way he can. It's no wonder why he is the head of the department.

The self checkout only is a germ infested mess. The don't offer gloves and you have no choice but to use the hand held scanner to checkout and touch the un-disinfected screen. I think the bathroom was cleaner than the checkout. They can do better than this.

Bought an in home ac as my current unit is getting repaired. Price for pick up in store was $549, go to the store to buy it and it was $649 at checkout. Asked the cashier who wasn’t giving any real answers as to why pick up in store and buy in store are different prices. I couldn’t sit there and argue as I have a toddler and needed to get the unit set up ASAP as my house is 90 degrees currently. As a manager in retail I would’ve honored the price as basically you’re penalizing the customer for buying the same item in person, the only difference between the two is I pay before I walk in the store. Definitely not shopping here again, this store has given me issues every time I shop there since I moved to the area 3 years ago.

Today i'm visit the homedepot @ 2140N. Jupiter rd. Garland tx 75044 I was happy went i get in this place make me fell safe. Went i check out. I have confuse with my stuff i get. JACQUELING she try to help quickly. She is fast jum to 2 line try to help ervyone finish pay and get out with the happy smile. Love the way she did working hard to make the customer happy

This is my favorite Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Rose and Nancy are my favorite cashiers. Joe in Lumber is awesome as well.
