The store is clean, the sales personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. I am currently renovating my house and have found that personnel actually sit down and take the time to go through my needs, no rush, and facilitate the process making sure I get any available discounts.

Thank you HUMANS! I was especially thankful for the help I received from George and Ron tonight. They helped me find the CAT 6 100' network cable I was looking for SKU #1003044704 . It wasn't on the shelf, but they were able to find it stored in the No Home section. After a quick run up the rolling ladder, they found an entire case of the cables! I suggest Home Depot put these items on the shelf! There was no spot for them, and Ron even said other folks have been looking for these cables since they show "In Stock" on the Home Depot website. Many people are upgrading or adding to their home networks. These CAT 6 cables are MUCH BETTER than the older CAT 5e cables. These CAT 6 cables will help future-proof my home network. I also appreciate a HUMAN checking me out! Thank you Marlene! I almost always have issues with the self-checkout systems. The "fix" is usually a HUMAN having to come over to fix it, override the error, find the barcode, etc. So much for efficiency and cost-savings :( I will visit this Home Depot again! With great employees like George, Ron and Marlene, I look forward to my next do-it-myself run to the Depot!

This store is convenient to my house. Everyone is always willing to help and seem to be cross trained in multiple departments throughout the store. The only department I've had to wait to receive assistance in was the appliance section, but even then the service was great and the salesperson was friendly and able to answer my questions. This is a great store.

As a business owner needing competitive prices on large orders, I always go to Home Depot Store #0556 in Garland Texas. Their staff at the contractors/pro counter are the best in the business. See them first about ordering items in bulk quantities. They will save your business money, and in this economy that makes a huge difference.

Always a great and efficient shopping experience.The personnel at the Richardson store are friendly, caring and always available. The products are so very well displayed and labeled with price and info. I sometimes go there even if I do not need a specific item but almost always make a purchase.
