People give this store a hard time because of its diverse population of staff and customers. This is one of the reasons I like it. You will find some charming Baltimoreans in this location, and you'll laugh at least once. The staff is overworked, because of the sheer volume of customers. Still you will find what you need or they'll find it for you. You don't have to hunt down an orange shirt, either. One will walk by you and ask to help. This is my go to store.

Came in the store to get a key made and the experience was horrible. No one to make a complaint to. Want be back!!!!

The store was clean and organized. The incoming associate greeted me which helped because I wanted to get right to the aisle to get in and out to begin my project. She was pleasantly friendly and helpful and made my visit quick. Thank you.

I'm not sure if employees in this store are trained to be rude, unresponsive, lazy, and inefficient, but it certainly seems this way. Hands down the worst shopping experience of any Home Depot I've ever been to anywhere. If you're looking for a store where you wait forever to check out and enjoy searching for things yourself because the employees are too busy picking up customers or playing on their smartphones, this is the store for you. If you value speed, efficiency, friendliness, and helpful staff, look elsewhere because you'll find few of those here.

Great service without even asking. I was struggling to lift a product off the shelf. You see I am older and a bit weak. A sales professional came right over and lifted it for me. I did not even see her but she saw me and just came over to help. Then I went to check out and the cashier said do you want me to put that in your car. I looked at her and thought really. She said just drive your car up and I will put it in. I went and got my car and two people came out and one of them lifted it into my car. I said to the gentleman jokingly, who put it in the car I really could use someone to come home with me and bring it in my house. He said take it in piece by piece. I thought why didn't I think of that. Acts of kindness without asking goes a long way.

Friendly and helpful staff

Stores should a line for contractors to self check out.. or express line for 5 items or less.. as a contractor..I need to be in and out sometimes as soon as possiable..so I can get back to the project quickly...if I only need one or two items..I have been in line for 1/2 hour just to buy a elbow..for a plumbing job.even if you cant do express line..open a line temporary for cash only..with 5 items or less.this would be a great help to contractors..and the business.

I heard that there maybe some Home Depot store closings. I hope it not this store. Its so convenient. The sales people are helpful. I enjoy shopping here.

My experience was ok. What I came to buy was out but Virginia helped me, she went online to see what other store had what I needed. She went above what I expected.

I come here regularly for years! Employees are always concerned, helpful and generally cheerful.

I shop there often. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. They usually know the answers to my questions, and if they do not know, they will find a co-worker who does know the answers. I have never had a bad experience with any staff member in this store.

THE ONLY REASON I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE IS BECAUSE OF MY MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE! THE STORE MANAGER RAY, EXEMPLIFIED EMPATHY AND COMPASSION IN MY MOST COMPLEX SITUATION. I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET WHEN I WALKED IN. MY GENERATOR THAT WAS GIFTED TO ME FOR XMAS DIDNT WRK AND I NEEDED IT FOR THE NEXT DAY TO RUN MY BUSINESS. HE LISTENED TO ME AS IF HE PUT THE SHOE ON THE OTHER FOOT AND IT WAS HIM! HE GAVE ME MY OPTIONS FOR WHAT WAS AVAIL AND HE FIXED IT! THE NEXT DAY I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP A GENRATOR IN THE AM AS PROMISED, ASSEMBLED! IM THE ONLY PERSON IN MY BUSINESS & HE TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME HOW TO USE IT AFTER I EXPLAINED THAT TO HIM. BECAUSE OF RAY THINKING OF HIMSELF AS A CUSTOMER I WAS ABLE TO GO TO WORK AND HAVE A VERY SUCCESSFUL DAY IN MY BUSINESS! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR THIS STORE MANAGER AND THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING, YOU ROCK!!!!

I have been in this store around 10 times this week and I received excellent customer service each time. The employees were so helpful and I got what I needed with ease.

I recently moved to Baltimore and was highly impressed with the attention I received when I visited this location. The associates were helpful and available on every turn. I am buying things for my house for cleaning and fixing up and I plan to visit Home Depot often. It was a pleasure to have associates available to respond to my inquiries about my current projects. I received excellent service from different store employees on three separate visits to this Home Depot over one weekend. I had numerous questions and wasn't really 100 percent sure how I was going to approach the improvement project on which I was working. Literally EVERY store employee I encountered was polite and very helpful, from the paint department, to flooring, to lumber, to plumbing, and a few others in between. AND, staff was easy to locate in the store, with some approaching me first to see if I needed assistance (I'm sure I was looking confused and challenged). Great store!

The employees in this store are Very Knowledgable and Helpful! Ms. Kathy approached me to offer assistance as opposed to me looking for help. And, after asking about the purpose for the purchase. She made several recommendations based on various situations - "OPTIONS!" :) Ms. Faith also provided "WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE - WITH A BRIGHT SMILE!" And, when I left, I realized that I was still smiling "In The Parking Lot!!!" Thank You Ladies!
