I only go to this Home Depot because it’s convenient. When I go, I don’t expect to get any service...and if I’m desperate and need help, and I manage to find someone, friendly service is rare. It seems as though the employees are more congenial and helpful with coworkers than they are with customers. Plus, too often isle are blocked, and it is unorganized in there.

I found what I wanted and was able to checkout immediate thanks to an good cashier.

The Cashier at check out was very nice and friendly

The store has wrong sales price posted and when you bring it to management attention they fail to honor the price! Also the police in the store are rude and not so smart one of the officer was watching me like I was going to still 13 buckets of cement with three small children how dumb can you be!

THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE SERVICE IS AWESOME!

Home Depot has always been my favorite in this category (i.e. I don't do Lowe's). And this outlet of Home Depot is the best of the three locations convenient to me. I will only return to the other two if this store is out of stock.

Toshah was great

The ladies at the customer service desk secured my purse and kept it for me after I left in in the parking lot in a cart. They made sure that I got it back. I thank God for them. I realize that there are still good people in the world. I have been telling everyone about this experience. They need to be acknowledged. Thank You

I came in just for a few quick things. They did not have 2 of the things I needed.

Employees were helpful, friendly, and took their time to listen carefully to what I needed, even cutting and finishing parts to my exact requirements. Check-out was quick and easy. Overall experience was great!

Tremendous improvement. Employees are friendly. I have come to know some of them very well. As a result, I get a lot of friendly support. It has not always been that way at the plaza store. Store is clean, well stocked and close to home.

My husband and I were in need of a generator due to the upcoming hurricane and possible power outage. We are caring for my FIL and he doesn't have a short term memory. The last power outage that we had was very difficult. We had to continually remind him of the power outage and put signs all over the house. We also had to tie the refrigerator doors closed so that he wouldn't open them. The MOD had a generator in stock and was kind enough to make sure that we could purchase it since we live about an hour away. He listened to me! If more people would take a small amount of time and listen it would make the world a nicer place to be... Thank you CJ!

I absolutely love shopping here. When ever I come , I away fine what I need or see something I would love to have. This is my favorite store in the world. If I could afford to I would be there everyday. Keep up the Great work.

The Home Depot at the Reisterstown Rd plaza is the best home depot. The customer service is awesome and courtesy when helping find items as well as engaging in helping you understand how to use or assembled parts. I would by pass numerous home depots just to go to my"Home Depot"

The teamwork. It really shows...and puts you a notch above the rest. I look for stuff at Home Depot that I shouldn't even be looking for at Home Depot.

I've often shopped in home depot but this visit was more efficient than others. In this store there is superb customer service by employees who know how to administer customer service to one's customers. Kennethia is the clerk available to observe the check us out, however took charge in observing my order and efficiently checking out my items freeing up time to distribute to those customers who require assistance in the check out process. We were at the checkout all of 2 minutes to scan and bag our florescent light bulbs for the living room. It was a superb and most efficient checkout I have ever experienced anywhere. Thank you Kennethia. It's what America is built on....efficiency.

I enjoy shopping at this store. It's very easy to get help if I need it. The store is always clean.

The one thing that could be improved is returning items. Everyone does not keep recpits or boxes the item came in. Maybe this information can be looked up on the computer.

Inventory is unreliable. Staff are usually helpful, but they can't make items appear on the shelves that show they are in stock but in fact are nowhere to be found. Be prepared to travel to other locations for what you want unless they are showing 10 or more in stock, otherwise you may be wasting your time and gas.

I love this store it basically has everything that I need when we go there to shop and we do a lot of repairs around the house and this is our #1 store ...Thanks
