I initially went to the store to purchase some hardwood floor cleaner and some plants (04/26/2020 @ 9:01 am). My main complaint is about the cashier that waited on me. She rung up 1 plant twice and I caught it. She removed the item and continued scanning my other items. The total seemed high, but I had other errands to run. I made it home, planted my plants and eventually cleaned out my purse. I checked my receipt again and that's when I noticed she overcharged me. I had 2 tropical plants @ $14.99 each and she charged me 2 times. She was already nonchalant and and a little arrogant when I got in her line.

Staff is friendly but not knowledgeable. I went to blinds, appliances, windows and doors and neither department was really knowledgeable about general questions. They all were friendly tho.

With the help of knowledgeable, professional, friendly employees, my shopping experience was awesome.

I will never go to that particular Home Depot ever again.

The Home Depot located at 6620 Reisterstown Road is a great store to shop at and the associates are very helpful with helpful you to find what you're shopping for.

The store could be a little bit neater and occasionally the floor roamers don’t offer help but today I did receive the assistance I needed without having to search out someone. He spent More than several minutes with me to solve my plumbing problem.

I had a lot to buy for a contractor who is coming in the morning. I was told by one sales rep that I probably could not get anyone to help me without 48 hours notice. As it turned out, several people help me, including Chris at kitchens, Shawn helped me get some cabinets that were out of reach and Michaela was amazing.

The store is always clean and organized. The associate are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Always easy to navigate around this store with ease.

This location gets a bad wrap because it serves a majority Black and Latino customer base, but the staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. This store is always busy, with lots of orange aprons around to help. I would like to see the store shelves checked and organized more often, and the aisles less crowded with Pro Orders, but that's a product of the volume of customers in the store at any given time.

There are some excellent store employees at this store. Paul, Store Manager, has excellent management qualities. You see those qualities by how well the shelves are stocked, the cleanliness of the store, and the employees working at the store.

If you need cabinets look for Larry, he is the only reason was able to make a purchase, the other sales person said she couldn't help and didn't know anything. She stood around doing nothing while Larry helped us.

My shopping experience was easy. I found the products I wanted to buy. I was able to use the self check out to pay and to receive a receipt.

I only go to this Home Depot because it’s convenient. When I go, I don’t expect to get any service...and if I’m desperate and need help, and I manage to find someone, friendly service is rare. It seems as though the employees are more congenial and helpful with coworkers than they are with customers. Plus, too often isle are blocked, and it is unorganized in there.
