I recently shopped for a Christmas, something I have done for the past 3 years. This year the customer service was lacking, I realize it was cold outside

Today I visit the home depot @ 6620 Reisterstown Road. I had such a pleasant time while shopping. I was greeted by 2 friendly associates, Dwight and Kim. Dwight was extremely helpful to me. He explained how to use a product. And he made sure I was able to get some merchandise in a blocked aisle. At the register, the cashier was so nice and helpful. She helped me with my self checkout. She was very friendly with her service. She thanked me for shopping today and wished me a happy holidays. I truly appreciate all the help I received today from all the staff I encountered.

While I arrived at the store after doing my research and with specific model number information, the salesperson who helped me investigated details for me, such as checking inventory carefully and showed initiative in arranging for installation. She appeared to be knowledgeable about appliances and provided helpful insights.

I like shopping in the Home Depot

I will never shop at the Reisterstown Road Plaza store again.

Staff in the appliance and check-out areas are great. Professional and helpful anytime I go to this location.

What an unmitigated disaster! This store wins the award of being the filthiest, nastiest, most disorganized store I've ever visited. I've been in stores that were going out of business that are cleaner and better organized. Good luck trying to find anything in that hardware section. Empty trays, trays with different sizes and prices of items. Buying 12 bolts, washers and nuts should be a 30 second task. Instead I was hunting through bins to get close to what I needed. I was unsuccessful. This is one store we will never visit again. Congratulations to the management team here, I guess if you can't be the best, let's try for the worst. Mission accomplished.

This is a very good hardware store very good

I found the store to be well stocked as well as clean and in order. The associates all seemed to be knowledgeable of the stores products and location of the various products. Everything that I came to the store to purchase and inquire about was readily on hand. In comparison to some of the other Home Depots I have been to, not taking anything away from the others but I found this location very pleasing and accommodating

You can always find what you are looking for in The Home Depot stores. There is always an employee there to direct you in the right direction. The store is set up to serve the people.

The store was very clean. The storr had an ample amount of products. Every employee I talked to was willing to offer assistance. The cashier reached out for assistance so she could give me good service. The ASSISTANT MANAGER that helped me went out of his way to honor my request.

The associates at the store are always polite and willing to assist the customer. If an associate in another department is asked a question, if they are not 100% sure of the answer, they say, I think or I believe but let me check with someone trained in that department to be sure.

I find the demeanor and competence of the employees at the Reisterstown Road store to be solid. There's a friendly energy between them and the local population. I think we all spend considerable time there, and though they may not know who we are by name, I do think they know we're regular customers. That means a lot to me as a consumer

Great employees, my go to store for almost everything.

It was a good store. I felt safe because everyone was required to wear masks. I was able to find and purchase everything I needed fairly quickly.

The store staff are polite and seem happy. This doesn't happen by accident. It reflects good management.

I received excellent customer service. Anything that I needed help with, I was able to find it. Someone was always present and willing to assist. Everything was in place to keep us shopping safe. Staff very observant.

This store is in a very convenient location, great parking, easy to reach. The store is very clean and everything is displayed and easily to find what you are looking for. Employees are always cordial and ready to help if necessary.

My husband & I stopped in to this HD location (not our usual HD) and found what we needed within 5 min. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely shop at this location again.

The employees at this store are very kind, and they help you find everything that you need.

This store is hit or miss when it comes to basic plumbing items and hardware. The lumber is frequently warped so you have to take your time checking for quality after unloading half of the pile. Some employees know what they're doing ad some don't have a clue. It really isn't the location for the novice DIY customer.

The propane cage is always broke and you have to get help from a associate that is NOT friendly or no where to be found! Stock on items are low and takes sometime to get restocked.

Store is always clean , helpful employees, well stocked..very festive...

This has always been a great store. The products are available most of the time. There are many supportive store reps and the store is always clean and spaciously organized.

Garden plants were not taken care of properly...lack of water and general care...very poor selection as oppose to the Owings Mills location.
