Home Depot has improved its service in the past year or so

I have shopped in all 3 of your San Bernardino/ Redlands stores, # 1013 is my favorite !

Came in and bought carpet with 7 day install and was told carpet was in stock. Paid for the carpet and no carpet in stock, was misled from the Flooring Specialist Suehoui, now it's almost 2 weeks and carpet is coming from Georgia! I had to call all around to see why i have not got any calls. They take your money no problem and lie about install when the section i shopped and selected said you will have install in 7 days!! So upset with this, i prepared all the rooms moved the furniture to have a easy install and here it is nothing. Very bad experience in the flooring dept. Nobody wants to handle the problem they have me call the installer company to ask what is going on? They replied we don't have the carpet from Home Depot call them to see where it is? This is customer service at it's best folks. flooring specialist won't even call me back! Got caught lying thats why.....store is clean etc but beware of the selling tactics, it doesn't stay true to the advertising in the store

The store was clean & there was disinfectant spray, wipes & masks available at both entrances. All the employees were wearing masks & were very friendly & helpful. Ester the cashier was very friendly & cordial.

Friendly associates. Very helpful and able to direct me to the right aisles and answer my questions. The store was clean and masks and hand sanitizer were available at the entrance. The carts were clean and not full of trash or papers.

Went to the store on a Sunday around noon looking for a specific item, but couldn't find it. There wasn't anybody available at the plumbing department and in the mean time you can find dozens of cashiers or random Home Depot people chatting, idling, etc, and I wonder what they're doing and why the store needs so many people without any particular skills and only a handful of people who really know their stuff...

just a suggestion,most of your customers drive long pickups.Would it kill you to put your parking spaces at an angle?so as to make it easier to park?

We looking to replace our carpet with laminate flooring. We knew very little about it or how to go about getting it done. We first went on our Home Depot App. and were able to make arrangements for someone to come out and measure the area for be wrked. it was fast and efficient . The Flooring Specialist Suhuei Quinoines called within a couple of days and we made an appointment. Suhuei was there to greet us for our appointment and the process to choose our flooring and make arrangements for installation were all done very professionally and efficiently. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and Home Depot and would return for any home improvement projects. The are always friendly, informed and professional.

this store is always stocked with merchandise and personal who know their stuff. its always clean, check - out is a breeze .

I run a small home improvement business and Redlands Home Depot keeps me supplied with most everything that I need to keep my customers happy.

On the day of my visit to the store, one of the female associates was very helpful. Although she was working in the tools section she walked me over to another section of the store, took her time to assist me get what I wanted before returning to where she was stationed. Kudos to this staff during a tough time.

We got excellent service from Debra (Katie) Monday at blinds department, she went above and beyond exceeding our expectations, therefore we felt excited to order custom blinds after the treatment and value we received, at the Redlands CA store, this is an above average team member that brings so much to Home Depot and clients that need her, made everything clear, detailed, etc. Thank you!

Had a good selection of doors that I needed to purchase. Had three friendly associates help with purchase, loading on cart, checking out, and loading and securing in vehicle.

Always clean and well stocked

Customer service at the Redlands store has always been marginal, but today it was horrible. Wanted a simple sprinkler head adjustment wrench. Employee in sprinkler area had no idea what I was talking about and said I should try the cage in the front with the various tools. Went to that section, did not find it. Asked cashier to call for assistance. In 20 minutes, the cashier called for employee assistance 3 times and not one employee ever came to assist. I then went to customer service/returns to seek assistance from a manager. What a mistake! She was RUDE, had an abhorrent attitude and said she, "can't do anything if all the employees are with customers." In 20 minutes, not one employee is available to assist? And she can't help either? Maybe look up in the computer what I'm talking about. Then she tells me I should try plumbing. Really? I'm going to find a sprinkler head adjustment wrench with the toilets, flappers, levers, and flush valves?!?! Please learn your tools and learn where they are, Home Depot employees! And learn what good customer service means. This supervisor needs a reminder lesson. The CASHIERS were AWESOME!

Deborah is an absolute sweetheart. She knows her job and does it well! Redlands hit a home run when hiring her!

Clean and associates were very helpful

The associate at the rental counter, Garry, was disrespectful. I tried to buy a return item that was for sale in the rental department. At first he started the transaction normally and then when I asked if I can return the item for any reason within the time window he stopped the process and told me that he couldn't sell the item to me and I would have to come back another day. I asked him why and he said only someone from gardening can print a price tag. He then went on working. I asked if someone from gardening can do it today. He said yes. Why wouldn't he offer to call someone instead of telling me to come back another day? Later when we figured out the price issue I asked him again about the return policy since its an open box item he said I can't return something unless its broken. I asked "what about if it doesn't function well enough?" Garry's response was "I'm not going to review the return policy with you. You can just read it on the receipt." I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said "my supervisor is not here" I insisted on a manager and when I spoke with the manager, Nick, he reviewed the return policy with me and agreed that a 10 year associate like Garry would know the policy. Nick added that he does not know why he would refuse to review it with me. I never said a disrespectful word to Garry. I don't know what provoked him to be so discourteous. I do know that customers should avoid him, if you can, and avoid the store altogether, if you cannot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean store. Will certainly be back!

lots of selection of course,....always have what I am looking for and there is always somebody around to answer a question

Always a pleasure to shop Home Depot. Store has everything I need except extra-dimensional lumber available in SB. Rarely need extra-dimensional lumber.

The store was neat and clean. Needed some help and info from the flooring employees and Katie Munday was oh so helpful and knowledgeable. Her help was invaluable.

Store was clean. Employee's were useful for the most part. I had to call and speak to Candy to get my order situation fixed, but she did it. Thank you to mostly her and the other employee that got my order set to the right store. Have a great day!
